Hopefully the owner will handle on the GPS and the short time of guests. With over 30 places to visit within a 50 mile radius one would think it would be a buyers market.
Am I just confused here. They asked for 260 and 240 out the gate? Since these spots have been open I have seen close to every girl ever there and have never paid over 200 for an hour?

This did include the hour house fee, I did not even try to haggle, all that does is ruin the experience for me, and her level of service would drop dramatically.

When you said 240 or 260 I think many of us felt that didn't include the house fee.

I've never had one ask for full amount up front coming in the door (I always immediately hand over the house fee). And have not tipped more than $140, the most "negative" reaction I've gotten (once) was a slightly hesitant "hmmm, ok".
Any tip related conversation always takes place after the initial massage.
I know there have been reports of GPS at Summer, but even there I've always gotten by with $140. Have occasionally given more for outstanding but that's always been above / beyond anything discussed / agreed to.
I can confirm that she provides an hour for 60 and 140 tip for everything (covered) . Before going I texted Mamasan to make an appointment. I asked her if the normal rates had changed and told her what was being said here. She replied she had been in NYC the past few days and would speak to the girls. I asked her to remind Jojo that I was a regular. I arrived and JoJo answered the bell. In the room I paid the 60.00 on the flip I got up and handed her the 140. She never batted an eye or appeared upset. Massage and performance all on par with what you normally get here .6/10. Nothing special but worth the money.
Would any members be willing to share pictures provided by the services (assuming mostly accurate)?
I have sampled some but don't have the funds to sample every peach in the local market.
