Candace has always been polite and professional in all phone and email dealings. If you check my posts I've tried to keep the board informed about new arrivals and returning favorites there.
That being said, I suppose I am one of the scoundrels that "Candace" harangued about since yes, I did once ask a provider for a direct number (but didn't get it) because she was a favorite at the time who kept appearing / disappearing on the SBL roster. I wanted a contact method if she went UTR again.
Every single post and ad that I can recall from Candace has been much better worded than the harangue. Nobody ever said that SBL was a 1-person operation; I know that on occasion when I have called Candace, I heard someone else in the background taking another client call.
So maybe Candace was just mad as hell that day, or possibly another mystery employee posted it? Not that it matters much either way.
But face it, is there another reliable local agency? I think this is a blip, not a catastrophe.
