Virtual Mongering on Google Streetview
Cruised the length of McM the other day using Google street view, and found several SW candidates, a couple of which look very familiar from last summer. Here are notes on each screen capture:
01 Starting on McM at MLK: still active, but have seen LE hassling SWs there.
02 Corner of Marshal and McM is an active site, but beware that nearby DD market is on the LE watch list.
03 The corner of McM and Straight was active a week ago, and the bench on the corner can be occupied by SWs.
04 The Imperial Theater district is good for SWs, but most are thread bare, and of questionable value except to the hard up monger.
05 If you like TVs, Dunlap and McM is your spot. For what ever reason, LE seems to let these guys ply their wares up and down Dunlap with impunity. (Just ask Word.)
06 McM and Race used to be among the hottest of spots, often with two SWs at the same time. Now, it is so open, and LE so familiar, it is dry as a bone.
07 Both of these walkers on McM just before Vine look familiar. I think I know their names, but this is not the place for identification.
08 The south side of McM just before Vine used to have as many as three SWs standing or sitting on the stoops. In the "olden days", you stop, they jump in, and you are off to the "races." Very barren these days.
09 The park and corner of McM and Walnut, and along Walnut used to be excellent, especially for new SWs (remember Mexican Maria?) Still see an occasional candidate, but again, it is so open that pickup is ill advised.
Hope you have enjoyed this cruise down memory lane-the scene is more LE-hazardous these days, and many SWs are "long in the tooth." But some take care of themselves, and there are a few new SW candidates worth the chance.
Randyman1501: Ou contrair: posts identifing HIV positive providers ARE appropriate.
Posts about providers who may be HIV positive contain some of the most important information that mongers can share, the central purpose of this forum. I say, if you know her name, and identifying features (or pictures?) they should be posted to alert your fellow mongers.
There have been posts to the board identifying HIV positive SWs over the years. Vivacious and enthusiastic Rachael was the most well known of several years ago. She endeared herself to many a monger, but clearly did not take appropriate precautions. There have been other SWs said to be HIV positive, but the problem is that dependability of the info can be suspect. Jealous SWs may spread false rumors. By the same token, it is in the best interest of SWs to stop transmission of HIV.
But... If you know of an HIV positive SW who is arrested for soliciting while being HIV pos, I think you SHOULD post specifics so the monger community is aware. And it is the duty of LE to prevent such agents of HIV contagion from hooking.
By the same token, in this 'hobby,' one should assume that *ALL* SWs are HIV positive. Only an ignorant fool would have unprotected FS without protection. Even as excellent a provider as Rachael was, once we learned of her HIV positive condition, we avoided further contact. DUH.

Just a tiny bit of intel. Covington WSW
I haven't picked up a SW in 6 months, but I still cruise some of the strolls from time to time just to see what's happening. (And, crazy as it may be, to look around for the little BSW named Keisha I met last August.)
So last Saturday I was turning off of Madison, in Covington, and saw a young WSW (or civilian?) walking west on 11th. I drove past her and she seemed to give me the look. I drove on about half a block and pulled into a parking spot in front of a closed business. I wasn't in "full mongering mode," wasn't actually looking for any action, I was just curious to see if she was "working" and also trying to keep in practice just in case I decide to returning to the "hobby" in the future. Sure enough, she sees me parked there, walks over to my car and hops in, saying,"Thanks for the ride."
She said her name was Kayla. She was petite and about average looks for local SWs. Not wanting to hurt the young lady's feelings, I used my patented line,"I think this is a case of mistaken identity. I thought you were a girl I knew." She said,"Aren't I pretty enough?" I explained that her looks were just fine, but that I had mistaken her for someone else. She said,"Well you're going to miss out then. Just look at my tongue."
Young Kayla then proceeded to extend her tongue an exceptional distance out from her mouth in a passable imitation of Gene Simmons. I ended up giving her $10 for her time (I usually use $5 for this purpose, but had no $5 bills at that time.) I dropped her off on Pike Street and made my way home.
I wasn't going to post about this little episode, but decided that the intel might be of use to someone.

BTW. 0.2 for BBBJ is the general fee, plus any tip which you think she earned. (You will hear of less, but consider the quality of the SW.)

A First Post Giving Intel Rather than Asking for It

[/QUOTE]I thought this concept of a first post actually giving intel rather than requesting it was just a myth. But it really can be done! Your post was particularly impressive because I do not think anyone has reported recently about Angie. This means that you not only RTFF, but you went deep too to know what you did about her and how much she enjoys talking.
Others need to take note of this concept and in the mean time I will be looking forward to future newbie posts such as this one.

In previous years, Cincy posts had posted pix of our encounters. Unfortunately (but understandably) there is concern lately about posting faces, or identifiable features.
But it is a fact the posts with images, especially with hot text and image content, made the Cincinnati forum sizzle among the best on the USASG. Not so much recently.
Some larger venues tolerate explicit, face-containing posts. Cincinnati is a small enough venue to make such posts problematic. But, pictures with narrow focus CAN be posted with little risk, and should be praised by all who are interested in the quality of the forum. The main reward to posters are the compliments from fellow posters. Your positive reviews advance the quality of the forum. Many SWs will be willing to pose for pix with an additional 0.1. Why not offer it for the benefit of all? You get snapshots for you memories, and we get evidence of your prowess...
I will work to get some post-worthy pix for the forum. How about you?

Okay I'll try to get pics
I get around the city a lot so I may have seen some out of the way ones, like Norwood. The UDF at Towne Street and Vine is usually good for waiting and watching. Almost all of Avondale is good, especially around Forest. Pretty much all the streets that go from downtown into Clifton. Westwood and Queen City Avenue from the split to McDonalds and vice versa. A really really weird one that is not worth driving by is Beechmont around 275, I assume that sometimes when things are slow at all the hotels in this little area the ladies walk out to Beechmont to see if they can catch one. I have seen pick ups and drop offs all around the white castle there. Behind the Beechmont Raquet club is an apartment complex, two girls work that little area, both appear to be crackheads and one has a baby with her which is bothersome. The east end right around the east end cafe. I can't think of anymore right now. I'll work on pics.
The coming SW scene. The traffic "q & q".
The streets are never going to be a place that has Quality & Quantity". Year ago we had some small form of "Q / Q" but very little now. So if you are from out-of-town this a not a city to put on your "To Do" list. You need a guide to roam our streets without risk of LE, or Criminal acts. Plus you need to know times and places to best find anything of value.
With warmer weather coming the SW scene will heat up, and the quantity will go up. The quality may never vastly improve, and you can have something close to what you want, but no LAX or NYC. There are some Diamonds out there but, many of all ages, but you really have to do some looking. A secret is to pay someone to find you what you want, and that can save you a bundle of time and driving around (GAS). I learned this from "WORDUP" years ago, and it has worked for me from day one, and these arent SW that work the streets, or often ain't SW's on drugs, but just need to pay the bills. Of course don't go crazy if they want to smoke a joint ot two, it aint crack or meth, so calm down. If you ever do see them doing hard drugs, then cut them loose, but get as much info on other girls they know before you change up. Often she lives in a building that if you workyour magic well, other SW's will approach you, as you visit. This can create conflict among SW's but you will get the benefits of the fuss.
I have lived in all part of the city and have lived very close to Norwood, and I have never seen Norwood as a location for SW action. I know often some girls in Norwood work the chat lines for dealing services, but hardly ever walking the streets or working the corners. I am a little worried about the post by ILoveHE. My Spider senses are tingling about that post.
Lastly this whole post might do well to be in the general section, but I posted it. Often, good post are missed when posted in the General section. Don't pass those post up, often Senior members put a lot of wisdom in those post, and if you piece the info together, then your mongering will become a lot easier. Also, if you are cruising around, and if you look like you do not belong in the area, you really will stand out scene is a game.
To everyone including LE. It can make you a target for theft, and anything else. Is you are an older man, then beware becoz, you may be a target, even by the SW's who are honest with everyone else. The whole street scene is a game, and you will need to be on your at least "B" game until you are knowledgeable, then you can drop to a "C" game. But if you can run your "A" game all the time do it, but it is hard to keep an "A" game up all the time.
Remember to always ask for a number, even if it is disconnected at the time. You never know when they will have it reconnected, or have minutes to talk. Plus often when they are out of minutes they can still TEXT. So keep a contact number.
And read the archived post, go back a year or two ago, and read the post, and you will avoid asking questions everyone already knows. Plus it will help direct you in the future.
