I cruised SFR around 9:00 PM and saw one LAPD and one Highway Patrol pulling people over at separate spots. I went out again around 1:30 AM, down Lankershim and up Vineland, and all I saw was cops. It seemed like there was a police car at every 7-11 I passed.
