I really don't know to be honest, I am usually in and out within 30-45 minutes, but not because they say times up, I just don't like to hang around after I am done.
So I'd assume 60 is for the half, but I really can't confirm.

Therefore, if I happen to try out a new spa, I always try to ask for a full hour and say how much I enjoy massage. Sometimes, English can be limited, but they usually know some key words like "massage time," "Happy time," "Want everything," etc.
It's safe to say that a longer session will always expect a higher tip. Keep in mind that nearly every spa keeps the house fee for paying the rent, and little or none of that goes to the girl. They all work for tips, and usually tips only. So if they can have two clients in one hour, or only one client, then you're tying up more of their available abilities to earn. This is exponentially more relative in places that are busy and / or the girl is in high demand.
I rarely accept a 30 min session, and often walk out if that's my only option. Also, never be afraid to discuss tip before starting the massage. Especially if they come on to you with kisses, grabbing your package, allowing you handle their tits or ass, etc. Too early, or without the gestures, could be a possible sting they would avoid, or for us giving up too much for what could possibly be only a massage, with L1 at best. I bring this up, because nearly all will waste 5 minutes to take your upgrade tip to the office, which cuts into your session time, especially when its only 30 minutes.
