I have never had any luck on this stroll. Where exactly does it start and how far west does it go? Any other advice?

Pretty new to Delaware, read a lot of old posts to kind of familiarize myself with the turf. Today I was strolling around 10 pm and there were LEO everywhere, the streets were utterly barren including 4th and MDA. Only GPB still had some life; however, I saw someone getting pulled over so I called it quits and ended early. Does this happen normally?

First, I'm a Nooob to this forum. So thank you for having me. I've seen some excellent reporting on the pages here and I am very impressed with the detailing. Unfortunately, my first post here will be lacking in the informative department.
11:30 ish last night (Sunday) I took a stroll down a drizzly MDAv and spotted a walker approaching a public transportation stall across from a quick mart. She's a white spinner (my type all the way) from what I could see through my heavily fogged up windshield. Turned down the immediate side street and she walked up to passenger side within seconds. She opened the door, and to my delight, she was a young little thing and a complete cutie (5'1, 110 lbs) for this genre of hobbying. Surprisingly, without her screening me at all, she went right into negotiation. BBilly Joel at 20 worked for her as long as I could drive her to Lanc Av after. No prob for me. I pulled a few hundred feet up the aforementioned side street, killed the lights, and she began to sing Piano Man. Very soft technique, which does not bode well for a quick release. But we eventually got to the end of the song. Catch and release. Began our drive to Lanc so she could "cop". Asked if she "interwebz", she said she posts on BP occasionally when she has a room with her GF. I asked for the name she goes by, which she replied, oddly, "Starlight". Asked her age, "20". Got to location and dropped her off. Headed home and naturally, first thing, search BP for her name. No such luck.
So in closing, I can not provide you a picture, nor an accurate name for her. But she did say she's a reg on MDAv. Sorry for my noob post to be longwinded with lack of physical evidence. But I still felt the need to pop my forum cherry with a detailed depiction of my most recent events. Thanks for your time. Look forward to conversing more with the gang here.

I saw a cute spinner in front of the dollar store one night. Jessica. Very cute and tiny. Amazing musical skills but she finishes by hand. . 20. Well worth it. More extensive performances. 30-. 40.
Found Natalie on mda near dollar store. She looked 30's with dirty blonde hair and a nice thin body. She hopped right in and off we went to hear her rendition of popular poetry. $40 for her time and she was very obliging / took direction well. Allowed me to dictate pace. Menu seemed very open. Only issue was she felt very dry. Didn't care as it wasn't relevant for our session. Would repeat. Nice girl.
After months of either striking out on finding her or being blocked by her man, I recently lucked up and spotted Wilm's best Ashley! Did a hard uturn for her, I didn't give a fuck. LOL Her skills habe not diminished a bit although she had trouble with the DT this time since she hadn't had her meds yet. She was ready for more rounds followimg a quick stop to her neighborhood street walgreens but dammit I didn't habe the time. Hate when that happens. Made for a great mornimg though.
I've had plenty of experience with BP gals and parlors, but have never delved into walkers. Friday afternoon, I saw a curvy (chubby) blonde walking towards rogers road (south on 13). She definitely piqued my interest so I looped around and sat in a parking lot for a bit to think about what I should do. Unfortunately, I opted against not doing anything, but I did loop around one more time to take another glance at her; and then I saw her talking to a guy coming out of the parking lot, so I guess I missed my chance. Does she sound familiar to anyone? Is that particular area a normal place to find a date? I know 13 and route 9, in general, are notorious for that.

I'm a big streetwalker newbie. As in first ever. Saw Natalie by on MDA (near dollar store as earlier poster indicated). Sandy / dirty blonde hair. A little thinner than I prefer but still nice. She was nice although a bit reserved (could have been me). I didn't explore the menu as I didn't have time but will try to see her again. She was happy with $40.
