You might have much better luck these days on Manhiem Rd. There is still activity there on most days/nights. 47th St and S Cicero have dried up a lot in the last year and I rarely see much in my mid day cruises there anymore where I used to always see a few or more.

Steven Lynn, I see you are a heavy poster on the Massage board. You should focus your efforts on the MPs, and leave the streets to others. If excitement is what you need, there is enough available 'excitement' with going to new MPs, seeing new girls, pushing to see how far you can go with a girl, etc.
On the streets the girls are uglier, dirtier, more drugged up. You have to f**k them in your car, or in some hot-bunk motel on a comforter with the dried loads of a hundred previous guys. The ONLY advantage is the price.
If you so worried about arrest because you have some high-profile job, or you have a wife and kids, then you need to stay off the streets. This is one of the reasons the MPs cost more - no chance of arrest.

Holidays are around so it brings out the part timers. For the most part, they want no trouble , just want to make so money and get out.

So I was headed towards home on Archer and west of Cicero I see this brunette walking and I saw her head turn as I drove by. So I decided to circle the block and here she comes walking down the side street. She hops right in and off we go. Her name was Megan and very sweet and clean. Many of us know Meagan quite well and she is truely gited at the art of oral. She is a vey sweet gal but be carefull because she does have a drug habit and that does control her actions. My advice is to make sure that you don't advance her any money or give her an opportunity to rip you off. Right when you get off 290, and cicero going south, to the left these is a little industrial block neighboorhood, all the buildings and structures are beige. I have always picked up something there. And eveytime they let them take me to one of my spots for nothing more than. 2
This time, I get a scaggely non attractive cracked out blonde. But I had been looking for a while so she jumps in, and tells me lets party, but she won't go to my spot.
So like an idiot, I let her talk me into driving behind the parking lots, she says the cops don't mess with them there. She pulls out a condom, and I couldn't get it up what with all the black guys across the street staring at our car.
I told her she makes like she going to go ask them to leave. She doesn't, she keeps walking, into the house, probably to buy crack. They began walking towards my car. I drive off, hitting a curb in the process.

I drive up cicero, and come back. And ask again, she acted apprehensive, and said no again, and walked away a second time. (common sense was not working then. I should have left)
A third time. Same thing, I said fuck it and went to the north cicero area.
I came back hoping shed been replaced by then. As a matter a fact I saw her chatting up a girl on a bike at some point. But here is the bad part.
This is the way its set up.
There is a house looking building. A large warehouse looking building, and the road.
She stands on the road near the warehouse.
Behind it is a long alley way that leads to the house looking building and a big empty parking lot.
As I drove back by. I saw and I shit you not. 10 squad cars lights a blazing.
They even looked at me. So I put the pedal to the floor on my suburban and hung a left on roosevelt and never looked back.
So either they own that spot, or that girl is a plant. Either way. Even the safe part of cicero is fucked up now.

Unless you think she saw that you looked like a good guy and so didn't want to try and bust you. Doubtful. Also, I heard on the radio the other day that they either have or are talking about drastically increasing the penalty for picking up a SW. I guess it's $100 now plus you have to go to some class and pay for your car to get it out of the pound. The new deal will be, I think, a $1000 fine plus car pound fee plus 100hrs community service. I'm going from memory on that so maybe somebody who knows more specifically can comment.
Bottom line, use your big head out there!
That area of Cicero Ave just South of 290 has always been bad news and was and is a dangerous place to pick up a girl. Stay south of Roosevelt but watch out for LEO as they are everywhere on C Ave, not to mention corrupt as hell.
As for the change in laws, the news story said it was for unincorporated Cook County. I believe that includes Manhiem Rd.
