Took the dive cruised the route today allot of activity at Leary 6 SW one dirty blonde I wanted got picked before my loop. Settled for a different one tingly thing. BBBJ cfs. 6. Won't repeat. It is my understanding that this cannot happen in Massachusetts. This would be possible in RI but not in MA. Because in RI, only one person has to consent to a recorded conversation for legal purposes. The other person need not consent, and the recording will still be admissible.
In MA, however, recording a conversation without consent of the other person is a felony, and cannot be admissible if police do it, either-- unless they have a warrent or court order beforehand for non-consent recording of a SPECIFIC individual under court order. They cannot do it otherwise, they themselves could be charged with a felony. At least that is my understanding.

They'll use the testimony from the undercover that you propositioned her for sexual favors for cash. They pick up 8 johns in a sting put it up in the paper and so what if most of you get the charges dropped. Job well done in the public's eye.

Driving by on highway and decided to do a cruise up Acushnet Ave around 4-5 pm a couple weeks ago. Not much, no one obviously looking for a pick up, but spotted a likely candidate walking with a purpose and talking on cell. Definitely was not looking for work, but she looked the SW type so I tried to get her attention without luck. Turned around and followed her down a side street, I don't think she even noticed me until I passed her and parked ahead. Light brown hair (if I remember correctly) petite, nice ass, not bad looking. Probably a 9 on the SW scale, maybe a 6 on an escort scale. Rolled down window as she walked passed and I asked if she needed a ride. Immediately came up to window and asked if I was a cop. She got in, did a LEO check before discussing anything about money. She lifted her shirt to show small A-Bs, a bit flabby, maybe a mom? But not bad. She asked what I wanted, I said a lollipop, she asked how much, I said. 20, to which she frowned a bit and asked if I could do. 30 - no problem. Off to a parking place that she directed me to, nice wet, non-rushed BBBJ finish with cim till drained. Nice girl, great attitude, 25 yo. Got her numbers and would definitely repeat if she answers.
