I frequent both, although go to Sakura more because its closer to my house. Sakura and Bella are owned by the same woman, so you basically will get the same girls and same prices in both (i.e. 1/2 the girls will work Sun -Wed at Sakura and Thur - Sat at Bella, and switch).
