Headed out tonight to observe any activity on Holloway and Angier after the rains around 10:30. Didn't see much except a couple possible BSWs on Holloway. I was leaving a local Kroger store on a super cold, windy and rainy night recently when I saw a SBF walking with a grocery bag in her hand.
