We need to remember, these girls earn the bulk of their money from tips. When we refuse their "services" on account of inflated prices, they get nothing. But if you do a repeat visit, she'll not likely try to up sale you because she knows you'll walk again. So in that case it is better for her to give it up for $ rather than get nothing a second time. Yeah, you get the pouty face and the complaints but you'll get your desired action.

I agree. Whenever I go to one of the "expensive" places, I usually say "is? Here" (a previous girl long gone). Mamasan of course says "try new girl, very goood". I'll come back with "I just like? , I know her". I'll 'relunctantly' let them talk me into it. When you get to the room the new girl will always ask how many times did you see? , what did she do? , etc. They always seem glad you stayed. When it comes time, and they give a crazy $$$, I'll looked confused and say something like "wow, ? Only charged.---. They act shocked, but usually agree to it (better than nothing). Which of course is to encourage "creative writing" skills. If we are ever questioned by Johnny Law about any activities described here, we naturally must reply that we are a bunch of braggarts who in turn each make up fictional stories that are beyond belief, each in hopes of topping the previous one.

As for me, I enjoyed blanco22's adventure and pm'ed him asking for some pointers so I could find and write about my own adventure in the same venue.

Personally, I much prefer a vivid description to a dry numeric rating scale.
Tampa Dave has a well written and humorous review on the St Pete massage forum. Lines like "We did some algebra and turned CBJ into the number 69." are classic.

My all time favorite review (maybe some of the old timers here remember it and/or even wrote it) ended with the line "Just then, a swallow flew by".

Classic stuff and colorful writing with good punctuation and grammar (thanks for moderating Jackson!) makes this board entertaining as well as informative. Just my 2 cents. YMMV.

I just wanted to share another report. I'll try to give some description, without becoming too explicit.

I went to Nagoya (sp? ) on Kennedy, and was not hopeful. The mamasan who greeted me was very small, maybe 4'10", but she made up for it in attitude. This is not a potential marriage situation where you physical shape may matter to them. The girls at an amp are paid to provide a level of service to all customers. As long as you are clean, respectful and treat them right, it should not matter whether you have the body of a gym weight room instructor or a 50 lb beer belly. They are paid to provide a level of service.

My experience with Yoshiko, though not extensive, is far from a rip off joint. Although it has been a while, I had several sessions with very pretty and enthusiastic young ladies who provided above average performances. In fact, multiple cups were offered one time, one of the few times that has happened to me at an AMP. It might have cost me a few more bucks, but I am more than willing to pay for superlative auditions. I prefer quality over bargains any day...at my age, I prefer to savor one bottle of a fine wine than to down a half a dozen beers. Also, I dont think that the terms "fat, hairy out of shape OLD and ugly pig " applies to me. And not just because I have average hair coverage, exercise regularly, don't have to sneak up on a mirror to shave, and have never been confused with any members of the porcine family. Behaving like a gentleman goes far in any situation, including this hobby.

Just my 2 cents, from an OLDER perspective. And as usual, YMMV.

My experience has been frequent but not recent. Not really a rip-off joint but it has become a tad pricey.

Maybe "rip off" was a bad choice of words. I've never been there. But when someone says they received poor service and implies that the service might be even worse for someone with a bit of a beer gut or a few grey hairs, then that irks me. I have no problem if the amp worker gives bad service to a guy who shows up drunk or unclean, smells bad or otherwise acts like a jerk.

But most of us don't look like Brad Pitt (if we did we'd be at home with Angelina), and (I think) most of us here try to arrive clean, showered and try to treat the ladies like gentlemen. When that happens and a decent tip is offered, then poor service is inexcusable.

Personally, I'd rather spend my money where it is appreciated. YMMV.

My experience here lately has led me to think the service level at Yoshiko has gone down hill, and in general ymmv, but I think the overall service level has definitely decreased. As I reported in my last post about this place, I ended up walking out of the session, due to poor service, and attitude from the provider. Yes, it was that bad. The crazy upsell above the Yoshiko norm for a HR, pushed me over the line, and I left. I used to go to Yoshiko to expect awesome level of service, and an attractive provider. Given their new pricing structure, and now lost level of service, I see this place is a true ripoff. I will not be back in the near future. There are too many better options out there.

I went to the Japanese Spa on Kennedy to try someplace new. I was greeted by a mamasan type lady, maybe 40's nice tits, OK face. She quoted me the. 8 for hour and said "you sauna first? " I said OK, only for a few minutes, but she had me strip in the room and took me to the sauna. She said "I be back ten minutes" which I countered, "Just leave me in here for five or so"

I kid you not, I was in there for 15 minutes before I finally got up and turned the sauna off. I thought I was going to have heat stroke. When the girl came back, she seemed annoyed I was annoyed at being left so long. We moved on to the TS, which I really needed by then. It was so-so, with her using the scrunchy thing and was very clinical.

I think she felt a little bad about leaving me in the sauna, because once we got into the room, her hands roamed freely on me, with particular attention to the boys. It was a quick tease and then the flip. She asked if she could get lotion, but I said I preferred her to use her mouth to get me wet.
