As a new member (first post on 6/30/06) you have one job and one job only and that is to contribute infomation about our hobby. Taking pot shots at sernior members does not stand well on this board

My post to Lascivious was to point out that this board if for infomation about hobbying not to regurgitate what you find out of encyclopedia or dictionary on some lame matter.

Further, you decided to make an example of my "anger" by taking some of my posts (out of context) and coming to a conclusion.

The posts you chose were directed at James D 2004. Since your new, you probably haven't been exposed to James D 2004. I suggest you do another search and see what this moron was propagating on this board.

So I'm fairly new to this board I've been on here for a while but I just signed up. Well last night I was riding down ecb down by 70th street around 915 and I only saw two workers. I saw one WSW and a older BSW looked pass her prime I just thought I would give you guys the scoop on what I saw last night.

I agree that the Tubs is probably the best bet these days. The only other hourly I know of is the Dolphin in Point Loma. Some girls used to bring guys to the Berkshire hotel, on ECB, across from Denny's by Texas Street. I would avoid that place now because its a hot spot for LE, including occassional stings in the parking lot or alley behind it. It's no longer hooker-friendly at all. Most girls now want to get as far away from ECB as possible.

The last time I was at the Berkshire was over two years ago. The lady behind the counter was glaring at me and the obvious blonde, miniskirt clad sw I was with. The sw told me that the lady had cought her husband sucking the sw's t*ts as payment for the room. Who knows if its true but it made me very nervous at the time. She said she told the lady, "Don't worry, honey. I don't want your man. I just want his money." I have better stories than that. I just need to think of a good one. I like Needsmore 's idea of posting best and worst experiences. Any takers?

There are some roach motels farther east on ECB but LE has successfully made it almost impossible not to show your driver's license to get a room and has pressured many places not to offer hourly anymore. I think drugs and violence were as much to blame as prostitution. Some girls can work the system and get an hourly rate but I would be very careful in going to a room selected by a sw. I've done it and gone to some seedy joints with a pit in my stomach but I'm not sure its worth the risk unless you know the sw enough to trust her as much as you ever can really trust a sw. Sanae, Jasmine and other ECB/CL girls like her used to get a room for their CL clients but would take you there if you paid more than the blow and go rate but still less than CL. I dont' see those girls anymore but never worried about getting robbed or set up when I went with them.

I've noticed that even the Tubs now often records driver's license info and will sometimes ID and record your partner's info if they recognize her as a repeat customer or if she looks supicious. I don't think they care but get heat from LE otherwise.

Yeah, I've heard of the 420 reference to weed but nobody seems to know where it came from. I've asked cops and people who smoke/sell and they don't know either. I'm pretty sure you're right about trying to inquire if I'm LE or not. It's weird because I've had many instances where some pimps will come up to me and ask the time or some dude off the street.

I've seen what appeared to be SWs in Chula Vista on Broadway just north of H Street. She was looking at drivers as they drove by. She appeared to get into her pimp's car and was stopped by PD. I don't know what happened after that. This occured last summer.

After reading your posts, it somewhat freaked me out a bit.

I was under the impression that you can get busted in these ways and these ways ONLY:

1) Soliciting an undercover cop. Easy enough to avoid, before asking specifically for sex, have the girl flash you or you both touch each other, etc.

2) A motel sting. An undercover/real prostitute tells you to meet her at her room, you go up, get busted. Easy enough to avoid by getting your own room and not let a girl lead you anywhere. You pick the spot.

3) Police catch you in the act out in public, say in your car. This just seems to be based on luck. I would imagine that you can always say you never paid her for anything, it was all consentual, but then you'd still get arrested for public indecency.

And that's pretty much it. I don't understand how you can get a girl to a room you paid for and then get busted. Is that even LEGAL? Can a motel owner call the cops after you leave to your room, they come and knock on your door, and then bust the both of you? What proof do they have? As long as they have no proof of the act of solicitation, couldn't I just claim its a girl I picked up on the street, bought her a few drinks, and then she wanted to have sex with me? Outlandish I know, but that's how the legal system works really: no proof, no conviction.

Am I right or wrong? I know a good place on ECB that I've used, say, six times in a row or so, the first few times I always felt the guy there didn't like me, one time he pointed at the girl and told me not to give her the keys and to bring it back myself, but the last time I was checking out, the guy smiled at me, gave me a thumbs up, and asked me if I had a good time, I smiled and said yes and thanked him.

But back to my question: is it possible for the cops to come to your room AFTER you checked in with the girl and arrest you?

Out cruising now. I have not seen any new action so far. Cruised Main & Division and things were dead as usual.Cruised on up to east ecb and the action was dead as well.

there is nothing to freak out about, i was just passing along information that i know. simply be aware of your surroundings and know that le, on occasion, does watch some seedy hotels and pressures the owners to report suspicious activity. the union tribune reports on it several times a year. it affects the hotel owners much more than the mongers.

le attention is never good (imagine trying to get a room with a known prostitute when le was running an unrelated sting out back) but, unless the girl is **** or spills the beans on you, and both your names are together on the hotel registry, it is a far cry from busting you for what you do behind closed doors. a local politician got busted around 10 years ago when he got a room with his credit card for a sw who was a minor. later, le used it (and her testimony) to prosecute him -- and not for a misdemeanor either. that doesn't sound like your situation at all. if you have a place you are comfortable with and a girl over 18 that you trust, end of story.

yeah. the ones that don't harden up don't stay around long. that wsw blossom that you saw crying without her purse a while back, disappeared pretty soon after. some girls have told me that they've been robbed by other sws who did not want the competition. i think that the sws can be as hard on each other as le or the pimps.

these days the sws that don't take care of their warrants don't stick around long. i've seen le keep a girl detained for 30 minutes or more before letting her go. i think the goal is, even if they cannot arrest them, to make it as unpleasant for them as possible and cut into their work time.

enjoyed your photos, i've got to get back out there and click some more. i hope some visiting girls add to the scenery. i just wish i could afford them more often. the same old ones get boring.

You are correct about wsw2 in your pics being the real deal. I had the honor of meeting her a few months ago. Young girl from CO. Steep but good. She looks like she has gotten thinner since the spring.

Speaking of the Berkshire, I went there with a frizzy redhead earlier in the year. Like others have said, it was uncomfortable because you are definately seen by everyone at the desk, in the parking lot or driving by. What made it most uneasy for me was some teens playing football in the street just a little ways up the block but knowing exactly what was going on. LE would have no problem watching who you were with and which room you went into.

been lurkin the last couple of months. Too hot to drive much in the daytime, plus my new job puts me in the east county. : (unable to venture anywhere near ECB west to see daytime street action anymore. I have been cruising at night from about 9pm to midnight the past week. Mostly BSW (which don't interest me) at least 4-5 BSW everynight. Only gems are the occasion LSW or WSW out.
