I'm thinking it would go something like this: If you've been to the board here, I can go over posts, determine who's obviously real according to details of their dreams. If I'm not sure, I can PM a few insider questions to see who's legit. Those guys will be grandfathered in to the club. I'll create an off-board site, password protected, where we can be a bit more open. If an established member refers someone they know, they can join as well. If you refer someone, you must ensure they are not LE, of course. It is probably best if you have physically met the person & perhaps know what they do for a living. Newbies interested in joining will have to be screened by similar insider questions. If I'm not convinced, they will have to be willling to submit proof or meet me in person to convince me they are not LE. But please, if anyone has any suggestions or pointers or would like to help mange the group, don't hesitate to PM me. Ideally, the group will stay fairly small & discrete to keep a lid on it. It will be easier to share info frrely than the open forum.

Alternatively, if an actual site seems too risky, I can act as administrator and simply email members with news & updates. This way, when I or another member has some intel, I can contact members, either individually or as a group, & alert everyone with tips, leads, warnings, etc. The same screening process listed above would apply.

In either scenario, it may be even more secure if we establish a committee of maybe 3 senior members from the board here + myself. Any prospect would need approval from all to join. That way, no one gets in without passing muster with multiple members.

At the very least, PM me with your interest or ideas, & if I get info / intel, & can simply group PM you guys from this site until we decide if this is something worth proceeding with.
