International was cracking tonight from 16th to 34th street seen at least 18 BSW and 2 WSW all at least 7's and up. I seen to beautiful spinners 1 in a white bodysuit and 1 in a free dress, there was barely in LE around at all stopped by goodwill parking lot to scope out the scene and tried to get some pics but it was to dark out for any quality from my iPhone 7. Stay safe out there brothas and happy hunting.
PussyLover 26 is correct about last night in Oakland. It was cracking! There was an abundant selection of provocatively dressed, friendly, and aggressive gals out on International last night. LE was sporadically attempting to do some street sweeping, but the gals just seemed to move a few blocks or return after a short while. The gals provide both entertaining eye candy, and a valuable service to the community. LE seems to provide both a total waste of time and tax payer expense. Here are some photos of the action.

There were about a dozen gals out between 17th and 27th on Wednesday, (11: PM. Midnight). They were on the move, popping up in different places, then disappearing. It was nowhere near the intensity of Fri. Sat nights, but it was happening, and didn't require much searching. Here are a few street pics.

There seems to have been a dramatic change from the last few weeks. Far fewer gals out, and the ones that were, seemed to be hiding out, or walking quickly. The alluring and revealing outfits of prior weeks were gone as well, and it wasn't due to cooler temperatures. As a side note, I did not see any LE presence, so I don't think the lack of activity can be blamed on Oaktown's finest. Anyone else care to comment on what may have happened?
International was quite festive in the early evening, (9:30 - 10:15), with lots of gals out. Many were dressed in colorful and alluring outfits. Lots of monger-mobiles on the streets as well, sometimes jamming traffic a bit on some of the corners, such as Mitchell, Miller, and the back street between 17th and 19th. Shortly after 10: PM, LE presence began to increase, and they started posting their cars, (with light bar lit up, or spot light on), in the areas where gals congregate. This reduced activity to a trickle, but it really disappoints me that LE stoops to this kind of harassment and intimidation. In a country where we profess to be 'free', people should be able to wear a short skirt, walk on the sidewalk, or offer someone a ride without police interference. Just my thought.
The last time I cruised, it was in Phoenix. I've tried doing recon on these pages and info about prices wasn't forthcoming (except for last years reports) which I guess is a good thing since LE might be monitoring these forums. Could someone give me an estimate as to how much I should be parting with? Please help out the new guy. PM me if possible.

It's both: car dates off of Inty, or sometimes the girl will have an incall. The incall will generally be pretty sketchy; there are a bunch of them around.

I've had very, very good experiences for. 6 but it takes a lot of shopping around to find it.
Things were very sparse on the streets last night. Usually dependable areas like 23rd to 27th were empty, as were the side streets near Jack-in-the Box. If you were persistent, and looked hard, here is what you might have seen, (mostly on the backstreet between 17th and 19th). Thought I would provide these for my buddy Jose Cuervo and others.
Decided to hit the track from Miller to Mitchell. 9-11, there was a decent amount of ladies out some much better than others. I drove and did recon for a bit then I got lucky and one I was eyeing was actually on a back street when I was turning about in Gleason and 22nd (she told me the girls scattered when some pimp was trying to recruit) Anyway it was really quiet and just rolled down the window and off we went. She was a WSW taller and cute. Dropped her off and then I still liked what I was seeing and did a few more passes and I kept seeing this taller slim but with curves BSW. I couldn't get he attention on Miller but her and a friend moved North and then her friend got picked up as I rolled up and off we went. I wanted another but I would have had to go find an ATM so I decided to call it for the night. Plus it seemed like the girls cleared out too, who knows where they scattered to.
Anyway it was a good night and a healthy enough selection for a Wednesday evening.

So I had a rare (these days) opportunity to go out Friday night to check out the track. Around 10 to 11 pm on Friday. After seeing all of brother HotMarks's excellent postings, I was hopeful there would be plenty choices on display.
Maybe it was too cold, or the smoke, or all the construction, or maybe the popular areas have shifted since the days when I was a regular, but I was disappointed. There were a few lovelies here and there, but not the large numbers I was hoping for. There was one hot spinner in a red outfit that displayed her midriff and ass to good effect in the high 20's on Inty, but it was early in my hunt and I was looking for more variety. By the time I realized my mistake and went back to look for her, she was gone. Hopefully one of you fellows picked her up and can write a review!
There was some action on the cross streets, but not a lot. Oh well, hopefully I'll have better luck next time!

I was out prowling last night too. Although I agree that there was not the sheer numbers or audacity of prior weeks, there were several lovelies popping up like flowers from time to time. LE does not seem to be hassling them, but I've noticed a marked increase in the number of pimps jumping out of their cars and harassing the ladies whenever they congregate. First time in your area. Drove up and down international on this rainy night. Plenty to choose from. Hot spot seemed to be right after jack and the box. LE was out but appeared to be in mostly marked vehicles. Girls were mostly black with a few Latina's mixed in. I was wanting a Latina but never found one that was not a BBW. Most girls wanted 80 for just CBJ. Found a blonde named Cassie and talked her down to $60 for CBJ. She had really nice tits hidden under her coat, I mean really nice! Just a note to say thanks for posting the "in situ" shots. Yes, I enjoy action / close ups; but if I can't be there, I vicariously enjoy "the hunt". Hello Oakland!
As always, I appreciate all of the intel that everyone has provided. Will be traveling back through east bay next week and have a good chunk of non work time carved out to cruise the scene. Last time I cruised International was 3+ years ago so looking for some quick advice.
I remember the circuit well, one of my favs, but want to get a feel for the going rate. From the posts I have read prices have gone up since my last visit. Not one to pressure current pricing I figured I would ask so as not to damage the delicate ecosystem.
Obviously somethings are not made for public consumption so please PM if you don't mind, just want to have the right mindset going in. The girls always have their own perspective on value but I understand also we (mongers) need to maintain the correct expectations on the market.
More than happy to report back on my findings after the fact.

The second disappointment was that the streets around Jack-in-the-Box were severely barricaded and torn up due to construction. LE, including Alameda Sheriff were out aggressively enforcing their morality standards, so I decided to leave early. I'll try again in a few weeks.
The streets are under construction. There are women from time to time who look off. They're usually walking around with a phone. I'm guessing they're not legit, but something else.
The legit ones are on corners usually in groups sometimes alone. Some nights especially weekends there are a lot of LE. Some nights I can drive around from the lake almost to High and not see to many cruising or parked hidden and waiting. I check 15th too.
