It's actually no longer a review site at all, really. Even with paid membership, the only way to access reviews is to request them by pm to the member who wrote one, and then wait to see when that member logs on and hope he replies. They've also added a feature for the providers to review the guys. Total BS and basically worthless, or worse. I will be gone from there unless they change back.

I use both sites, for recon information and USA is by far my favorite. The only problem is, I travel extensively and the cities I travel through, do not have the seniors contributing information, near as much as the Cincinnati market does. I'm surprised by the lack of communication nationwide. You'd be surprised, when planning pitstops on a 600 mile jaunt, there's not much to chose from and I'm even trying different routes, to visit along the way. I'd wager the site will be gone shortly, what a shame.

I guess they were mightily impressed by the Slixa business model, because it would seem that they are intentionally killing the reviews and morphing into a glitzy, low information content ad site.
The real victims are the providers who have used the reviews there as a primary promotional tool, only to see them disappear for the vast majority of potential clients.
Just looking at subscription costs to clients, is a year of Naughty Reviews worth more than a year of P411 and Date-Check combined? Um, well, no.

I know several of the reviews were bogus but most of the time you could tell from who left the review which ones were accurate. After a little trial and error, one could figure out who's reviews to trust.

The problem with a wide open board is there are always little gremlins running around stirring up trouble behind the scenes. Dead-beats who contribute nothing in terms of reviews or help to their fellow mongers, but cause drama and spread lies when someone else does post something that catches their attention. The only way I see of tamping down this problem to a great degree is if the reviews specifically were accessible only to registered members. Or better yet, if possible, give us the option of having our posts visible only to members or senior members.

In yet another new development, it appears that you need to be a paying member to even view some provider profiles, ala P411.
Krissy had recently posted an ad on the Nashville ad board there. She didn't include her phone number, so I clicked on her profile link. Next I saw the message "Higher level needed to view profile" on a greyed-out generic page.
I can see some profiles so I don't know what the distinction is. Maybe Krissy would need to pay a higher rate when posting, to make the link work for everybody?
