FRAMINGHAM -
A Framingham man was charged with kidnapping a Dorchester prostitute Monday by locking her in his apartment to keep her from leaving, while she is charged with stabbing him to escape, according to police.

Both xxxxx, 69, and K... , 21, were arrested when he chased her from his 1550 Worcester Road apartment onto Rte. 9 after the 8 p.m. incident, police spokesman Lt. Paul Shastany said.

Police received several 911 calls from both the apartment building and people driving on Rte. 9 a little after 8 p.m. When officers got there, they found Combs standing behind the guardrail on Rte. 9 West, while xxx, who had blood on his clothing, was standing near his car, which was parked near the woman.

"She was crying and said she had stabbed the guy (xxx) with a knife," Shastany said.

K.. said she was a prostitute and had been picked up by xxx three times in the past. He picked her up Monday and brought her to his apartment in Framingham, where they had sex.

At one point, she used his phone to call her 2-year-old daughter. When she hung up, K.. said xxx became angry.

"He accused her of calling some male friends to come and rob him," said Shastany. "She became frightened and tried to leave, but he wouldn't let her."

The two fought in front of his apartment door, with xxx refusing to leave, police said. K.. told police she had a knife and she took it out of her purse and stabbed him in the arm and ran out, with him in pursuit.

Xxx told police he picked up the woman in Dorchester to have sex with her. He said he had met her at a CVS previously and had bought her food, Shastany said. He claimed he did not know K.. was a prostitute.

Xxx said the pair had sex. Afterward, he noticed a dress he had laid out on a bed was missing, and he accused her of taking it. Police do not know what the dress was for.

"She tried to leave, and he said he locked the door so she couldn't leave," said Shastany. "He said when she pulled out the knife, he realized she was a prostitute."

After he was stabbed in the arm, xxx said he knocked the knife away from K.., and she got out of the apartment and he chased her.

Both xxx and K.. were arrested.

Xxx's stab wound was minor and was treated by paramedics, Shastany said.

Xxx was charged with kidnapping by confinement, assault and battery and offering money for sex.

Kkk of <address>. was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, prostitution and the illegal possession of methadone. Shastany said officers found the methadone in her purse.

Both pleaded not guilty at their Framingham District Court arraignments yesterday. K.. was released without bail, while Yeliseyev was released after he posted $1,500 bail.

Both are due back in court Feb. 8 for a pretrial conference.

This includes providing details on how it happened, when such details can be helpful in recognizing/evading future stings.

But I whole-heartedly agree we should not be indirectly benefit the yellow journalism of publicizing arrestee details, such as does Howie Carr and others who go out of there way to "shame" mongerers for their "crimes" (and even Carr fully admitted in the past he did it because he was sick of being solicited by SWs at the Herald building -- well problem solved as far as that goes.)

If you'll excuse my rant -- I am totally against the public shaming when the "crime" in question is no more than a commercial transaction between two adults, and unlike all other criminal vices is only illegal by virtue of the fact money is exchanged. But you are arrested (not convicted but arrested) for solicitation, your life is as good as over. Prostitution is the legal in the U.S., it's the states that make it illegal.

State law can't supercede federal law, which is why Nevada can allow prostitution. That's also why trading sex for money indoors is legal in R.I....which is why I'm heading to Cheaters later :)

It is legal indoors in RI because of a loophole created about 28 years ago when the current prostitution law was passed. The loophole only came to light a few years ago when a number of RI MP's were raided, only to have the courts throw out the felony charges because of this strange quirk in the law. Since then, RI has attempted to revise the law, but the legislation has gotten stalled at the state house because the ACLU has successfully argued that changing the law may victimize women who they themselves might already be victims. Of course it may also have been contributions made to politicians by the businesses themselves.

There is no federal law legalizing prostitution. There are federal laws criminalizing it base on interstate commerce. Within the states it is left up to the "community standards" of the individual states, or in the case of Nevada, the 10 rural counties who allow it. Of course the feds put pressure on the states to pass anti-prostitution laws by threatening to withhold federal money for highways, law enforcement, and anything else they can think of if they don't comply. Nevada has very little need for all the extra $ because of all the revenue they get from the casinos.

There is a worldwide UN resolution passed during the Carter administration decriminalizing prostitution, but the US Senate has refused to ratify it for the last 30 years.

A AAMP was busted in Dedham on Monday. I believe it was the one that advertised in the Phoenix as 'near Dedham Mall'. They were located at the Jefferson at Dedham Station. Two were arrested.
Also in Dedham a girl named 'Jessica' was arrested at the Holiday in on Saturday. Beware!

Operation Squeeze Nets Numerous “Johns”

This Friday, around 10:00pm, officers from District B-2 undertook ‘Operation Squeeze’ in an effort to deter prostitution in the Blue Hill Ave. area and prevent all the deleterious effects of prostitution such as drug use, sale and the violence that often accompanies this problem.

As part of ‘Operation Squeeze’ two undercover female officers were dispatched to the Blue Hill Ave. and LaGrange St. area where they awaited for Johns to solicit sexual services in exchange for a monetary fee. During this sting, officers arrested the below noted individuals and charged them with Prostitution: Soliciting Sex for a Fee after they approached female officers and offered them money in exchange for sexual services.

2) xxxx xxxxx, 46, of Roxbury
3) xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx, 22, of Roxbury
4) xxxxx x xxxxxxx, 47, of Boston

6) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx, 30, of Randolph
7) xxxxx x xxxxxx, 47, of Roxbury
8) xxxxx x xxxxxxx, 38, of Dorchester.

All the arrested suspects will appear in Roxbury District Court on Monday, January 14, 2008 charged with Prostitution: Soliciting Sex for a Fee.

None of em were me.

The question is,when are the lawdogs gonna stop the crack,crank,and all the other poisons on the bha track.

If the chemical trade was different they would not have to worry about the gals or guys.

I agree with police cracking down on street prostitution. It's a blight on a neighborhood. People shouldn't have to be solicited by guys who think they're prostitutes, and normal guys shouldn't have to be propositioned by hookers. Also, guys driving around looking intently for hookers and cops aren't paying proper attention to the road and could cause accidents. However, staking out and arresting indoor prostitutes in hotels, etc is absurd. Go arrest real criminals. Get drug dealers and drunk drivers. Follow up on people who have failed to appear in court and skipped bail. Use money spent on this nonsense of staking out hotels to provide substance abue treatment. Street prostitution is a quality of life and safety issue. Indoor prostitution and massages and CL ads are not.

Quality of life??where is the quality in life on or around BHA??????


I am sure people would rather see a gal dressed the part walking alongside the curb than the dealers and trolls searching the gutter for a rock lookalike.Or some old nasty using a mirror on a car door picking the scabbs off her face while waiting the return of the street mope she buys her stuff from.

Unless it's their first night on the job it takes about 5 seconds to figure who is 'working'. If the hotel doesn't want prostitution going on they can simply refuse to rent her a room or call the cops ASAP. All the other working girls will hear about it and stop going to that hotel - pretty simple.

I want to know who is watching the cop waiting in the parking lot for hours getting paid big bucks. Half the time they are f***ing around and telling their boss they are watching the hotel.

But when I was on the road a couple weeks ago I grabbed the phonebook and under it was stream of about 50 condoms. I laugh now, but at time I was pretty horrified to think about that much fucking going on in that bed probably hours before.
