If a client could arrange everything via email without using a phone or real name, that provider would make a fortune from guys with plenty of money but not willing to risk their family. I think alot of this has to do with the technology. 25 years ago there as no craigslist or backpage and most of the girls on those sites would be walking the street, now the lazy bitches dont even get that much excercise and just sit on their fat asses posting on CL or backpage.
