First time poster here. The bar opens at noon. There are usually 4 or 5 white girls working for the first 2 or 3 hour then some black girls come in. You will have no problems in the daytime. Now at 7:30 there is a shift change of dancers and they are usually all black after that time. From what I have heard the crowd is all black and it gets crowded in there. You probably will be the only white guy there. Times have changed for the former Dutchess. The last 20 years it stayed the same. All white girls and few black customers. At night it is the reverse. They are in the process of remodeling the bar. And it really needed that.

They removed the half wall and are using the areas both to the left and right of the stairs.
Sorry this report is so belated but, I just returned from South Africa and Mozambique. Just a day before my month long mongering excursion in Africa, I went to Minx club. I started out the night at Bev's Backstreet but, it was a bit lame and there were hardly any women there, just old white men. I decided to try Minx and it was great. Many of the best looking girls from Bev's Backstreet were working there along with some other good looking women I had never seen before. The owner was friendly and said he had big plans for the club. I hope so. I really liked the club. Its amazing how these strippers remember every guy that walks in those clubs. I don't go very often but, they always remember me... if only they weren't so high maintenance.
Ok, it may be my old age or it may be something else. I have been to Henry's 3 times of which 2 of the times , let just say that things were over almost before they really got started in the VIP.
It seems they may be using some type of lotion that seems to speed the process along like lightning. The last time the dancer "had to go into the bathroom" right before the dance. During the dance I could not see anything see was doing(down there) as she was completely hiding what she was doing. It was over very soon after she started.
It is intereseting as I haven't had that experience anywhere else but Henry's South.

Had to stop by and check tehplace out. Reports are correct, it is turning into another Henry's south. In the upstairs "dance" area, HJ is teh norm and BJ's commonly seen. Nice girls and very accomodationg.
Tuesday evening, my sleep was off from jet lag, I wanted to go to a strip club to see what I now thought of some of the dancers. I went to Minx but, the place was very slow. Most of the best dancers moved to another club and I couldn't find out where. The bartender said more girls were coming later. I left Minx and stopped in at Rolex. As I was walking to the door, I noticed that there were so few cars parked outside that I decided not to bother going into Rolex. Bev's Backstreet was filled with ugly, stretch marked girls, After a couple drinks, I decided to see if more girls showed up at Minx like the bartender said there would be. The girls turned out to be disinteresting to me and I determned it wasn't my night.
Yeah, I know, bad report but, there was something different in the Minx tonight. A very good looking non dancer came into the club. Since she arrived with no car, the bouncers told her that there was no soliciting in the bar. She was very very good looking, black, petite, well dressed (normally) and well manicured. I couldn't tell what she was doing in the bar. She was just too pretty to be a hooker or to be LE. She actually left once to get cigarettes from the gas station across the road. and came back.. Remember, Minx is on VanDyke and 7 Mile, not a place a woman like that walks around near midnight.

After one too many trips to Henry's I am done with this place. The prices are too high and the mileage is too low. I know sometimes it depends on the girl but that last couple of times was very close to being a total rip.
It is possible that everyone is overpaying and that may be contributing to the problem.
I didn't know they moved Henry's to Vegas.. I think some of the dancers think they did.

I do not disagree that I may be missing the mark in addition to getting the wrong ones there are a few dancers that you really need to find out what they mean exactly. a $ hj is what I consider a bad night. Some of the dancers think $hj is really "taking care of you".
I did have one very good time for half the price but the other 3 times were not good.
After I beat myself up for being an idiot I probably will check out different times/days and be more of an idiot. I will be very cautious next time and if it is just not right..well no is always an option.
Made a daytime visit to Bouzouki Tuesday things were pretty slow as usual.
There were about 8 dancers some new that I did not see when I was there last month. I was about to leave when some of the night dancers came in early about 5 pm. Met a 19 yr old cutie from Atlanta she moved here a couple of months ago. Her name was Jade or something with a J gave a great dance. If you are in Greektown it is a nice diversion.
I think most of them would but lately the prices were way too high. One was $$ and the other was nothing below $ and everything for ($.8). Like I had mentioned prices are (or could be the same or lower in vegas or for that matter canada) I completely refused $$ and she lowered but service was as lame as it gets. I had a couple of hours to wait for a friend whose plane was coming in. So I decided to stop by the Landing Strip in Romulus. It has been a few years since my last visit. 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday the place was dead less than 10 customers 3 dancers. They did have a good drink special though. Found out that lap dances are $25 plus $5 for a wrist band. Average looking dancers but two of them did put on a nice sexy show on stage I guess they were bored and decided to play.
