For what it's worth, I'm going to have a talk with her. I strongly suggest that if she sounds drunk when you talk to her that you don't make an appointment with her. She gets really stupid and crazy when she drinks. When she's not drinking, she provides good service and won't rip you off. But if she's drunk, she could do anything. She's definitely not a happy fun drunk. Even I've had issues with her when she drinks, though not to the point where she'd rip me off. But at least with me, she always makes it up to me in one way or another once she sobers up. I wouldn't count on others getting that kind of treatment though, so stay away if she's drunk.
I'm not trying to make any excuses for her, I'm just speaking from my personal experiences with her. I've had some very good experiences with her, and some bad experiences. So far the good experiences have far out weighed the bad ones. The bad ones have always been when she's been drunk.

She can go from completely sober to unconscious drunk in a matter of 30 minutes. I've seen her do it. I've talked to her about drinking when she's working, she was listening for a while anyway. I've tried asking her about this incident, but she says she's not sure (doesn't deny it, just says she can't remember). Sounds convenient I know, but she does black out when she drinks. I've sat there and had her ask me the same question every 5 minutes six or seven times in a row and she honestly doesn't recall doing it or that I've already answered her. She'll even ask if we've had sex or not yet... I know she's not faking it, she really is an angry, stupid, black-out drunk. But when she's not drunk, everything is great. Sadly, because of her small size, and the fact that she doesn't eat much, it doesn't take her much to get drunk, and it happens real fast. I've sat with her and watched her drink maybe a quarter of a half pint of vodka mixed with lemonade, and within 5 minutes her eyes are glazed over and she's slurring her speech. After half of a half pint she's trashed and getting belligerent, and repeatedly asking the same questions (which gets very annoying, very quickly). Then the fighting with the bf starts, generally over nothing at all, just because she wants to fight when she's drunk. An hour or so later, and she's unconscious. You can put ice down her pants and she won't even flinch (yes, I've tried it).
The liquor store near her place won't even sell to her, that's how bad she is (yes, she really is over 21 and they know she is). I've heard her ask guys that call to pick up a half pint of vodka for her on their way. If you ever call her for an appointment and she asks you to do this, don't do it!
I'd say 80% of the time she's fine and you'll get great service from her. If I'm driving for her that day, I can guarantee she won't be drinking. Because I've told her I'll leave the moment she takes a drink. I can't stand to be around her when she's drunk.
Was it Thursday (3/5) that you saw her? I know she got arrested that day around 1 or 2 because she was drunk and fighting with her bf in the parking lot across the street. She bailed herself out that night after she sobered up.
