Ok so I have seen this lady named Anne pronounced (AH-KNEE) twice now. She give a great massage for. 6 / hr and if you move her hand to where you would like to be massaged on the flip it will be an additional. 4! This is probably the best thing going on the peninsula. Hey, I just moved into the peninsula area a week ago, so I'm getting acquainted with what the area has to offer. Before, I was stationed in Japan, and boy oh boy was the selection over there ripe. I could walk down the street and find an HE parlor, a half dozen more were within 10 minutes drive, and the soaplands were QUITE fun!

But first, some background. Per Japanese law, vaginal penetration and ONLY vaginal penetration is considered prostitution and therefore illegal to purchase; everything short of that is free game. As such, you can have things like HE parlors within sight of the front gate of Kadena Air Base. They are quite lenient about enforcing even the prostitution laws, sticking only to the known Red Light District, and even then, with very little gusto to their actions.
As for the soaplands, or "Soapies" as the actual event is referred to, those are a combination of a few things. Depending on the place and the provider, you will get many things, possibly including but not limited to: massage, body wash, mutual shower, mutual bathing, Nuru-style body massage, oral sex, intercrural sex (between her thighs) , or full service, with the potential of covered or non-covered for the BJ / FS. The typical series of events would be some light foreplay-like activities, possibly BBBJ (just for warmup, not to completion) , washing / showering / bathing, air-mattress fun with the Nuru gel, that would usually lead to the start of sex, which could finish there or head to the bed. But, I've had ones that went right to the sex from the start, then finished with the gel time. At the end, more showering, thanking (they're so polite, they thank you) , and that's that.
NOW, technically, you are only paying to be washed by a Japanese woman, hence the name "Soapy." You are being soaped. This is why the soapies are not technically illegal. But, being that you are both naked, in close proximity, yadda yadda yadda, the sex is expected. When you first enter, you ask the guy arranging the encounter "Many sex okay?" and almost always get a yes. I have to disagree with you on this one. I thought the massage was good, she does the "feather touch" thing with her fingernails which I really like. She also puts her "twins" to good use during the massage which gets extra points from me.

I can confirm Rodux's report from below. It looks like PH is willing to play ball, albeit with a decent amount of questioning beforehand (typical stuff, number of visits, profession, but hit them all before removing the draping after the flip).
I saw "Cherry," kinda thick, but nowhere near the point that it was a problem. Yea I could tell she'd either watched someone, or had at least gotten a couple of massages and was remembering something of it. But for skill at it, she's pretty sub-par. With luck that will improve.
I'd be curious to try Kristina next time to see her skills.

If you chat it up with the girls you will find that most of the AMP's are owned by only a few people. I know one Lady (Kelly) who owns and runs four parlors in the Tidewater area.
