If you read the report from the Durham Papers, it is clear the vice cops DID get in the cars. They DID discuss things, and they DID CHARGE the fellow with assault for doing the cop check IN THE CAR.

Don't rely on any "rules" on what Uncle Leo and Aunt Leona will or won't do. They don't follow the rules in NC and have been able to prosecute because the prosecution doesn't follow the rules either.

Hi there - I'm a long time lurker on these boards and have a few posts on the boards where I live. I am from Raleigh and always wanted to engage in the hobby while on trips to my hometown, but never had the chance until this weekend. So here's a little info (don't get too worked up, it's not much...) from this past weekend.

First, off of the advice of this board, I cruised the zone in SE Raleigh, this was Friday 10/13 around 5pm. I was literally on my first pass through when I see a fine BSW going down the hill on Bragg right past Garner. I should've scooped her up, as she gave me a great smile and wave. I did not, since I just got there I wanted to scope out the loop a little more and get familiar with it. Lesson learned, sometimes it's ok to go with the first thing you see. :)

One question for any Raleigh veterans: I came up Person off of 440 and took the right onto Bragg. Then, I went the other way on Bragg, where it curves around back in there and becomes S. Wilmington right under the overpass. I don't mind saying, that other way (as well as a couple of blocks of Bragg going the other way) made me VERY nervous. Middle class white guys in SUVs stick out like a sore thumb and locals to the neigborhood were giving some hard looks. I cruise DC and Baltimore on a regular basis and never feel like I felt on those few blocks on Bragg. Any insight?

Next, on my way home Saturday morning, I finally checked out Magic Touch in Franklinton. Let me say at the outset - I knew I was probably going to get ripped off, but I really wanted to get the exact scoop on the place first hand. (no pun intended..) I've been driving by the place for years, had read a few old reports here and there, so let my experience save you some money.

In short, don't go. It could be a really great place. I can confirm that everything is on the menu. But the door fee is $100 for 40 min. nude mutual, $125 for 60 min. They only had three girls in the place at the time, but showed me what they had. No stunners, but each was decent enough - 6s and 7s.

So any other services are negotiated between you and the girl. The donations start at the same price as your door fee, and go up. I got a handshake for $100 and she quoted me $200 for a flute lesson.

I tried to negotiate down and she wouldn't budge. So in exchange for a handful of Jacksons, I got a very methodical handshake. Not a GFE at all. I spent $200 when for $100 more I could've had a much better date with a provider in Raleigh.

But I'm not really complaining, I wanted to find this out for myself and that's what it cost. Lesson learned. There are a few more details I could throw in, but here's the weird part: They take your ID for a bit and bring it back to you. I assume they copy it, which I don't really mind, the odds of having that copy come back to bite you are slim. But with more details in my review, they could easily figure out who I was on the boards. So, buyer beware. (though as I typed that, I thought, well, they have your ID anyway dummy, so they could find you if they wanted to...)

Marked and unmarked (major crimes units) were posted this morning (7:30-9:00am) at Branch and Bloodworth. Other maked cars are seriously patroling the area, maybe due to community demand. There's a nice blonde WSW in the Spring Forest/Capitol Blvd area named Tammy, who's also been seen in the MiniCity mall area - thats where I found her. Tried S.Wilmington and City Farm area this morning and it was dead, but usually picks up later around 9:30-10 when it warms up. Country Lodge on S. Wilm is a watering hole for the regulars in the area and from the Bragg area as well.

Before I give my dreadful adventure I want to think everyone on Raleigh board for their input as I got acclimated to the mongering style and locations in the Raleigh area after my relocation here from out of State. Have found and been blown by J-LO. Drove back and forth between New Bern and Bragg Strolls and they have been relatively quiet. One strange thing is that until 5:07 PM (I started at 1 pm and yes I looked at my clock) I did not see 1 marked car, not 1! It was eery. It was as if they knew there were hardly any girls out and chose to patrol elsewhere.

Sorry guys, a bit tardy. About 2 weeks ago picked up the same CC I picked up on Garner but on Davie/Freeman crossstreet.
