Some of the girls from T-Time are planning to go over to D'Amour. They had a big meeting at Napa Valley to discuss the move, after work a couple Fridays ago.

Former Head bartender from the Office, Brian is already working at t-time.

I heard about ann taking over t time, but haven't seen anything about the move taking place yet. BTW, many of the working girls (hostesses) at niagara have jumped ship. some of the regulars are gone now. sonya, julie and others have moved to kalihi. Others have moved to other kapiolani bars. Many of the girls are finally wising up that miki mama is a f*n ***** that only cares about money. niagara is very empty nowdays in the early evenings, I remember when the office was busy from 7 pm all night, now the place starts to get crowded later in the night only.

Confirmed that many niagara girls are getting their running shoes on to jump ship to other bars, d'amour too. many of the other bars have too many girls working there so don't need more. casino, mayas, both popular bars are already maxed out with girls, too much competition and not enough booths for the girls to work.

Maybe patty is looking at taking back the bar after it dies in a few months.

Stopped by Golden Gate in the Pearl Kai shopping center the other afternoon.

There were about 5 or 6 hostess and the layout seemed designed for play.

The girl who where there were on the older side and weren't the best looking, maybe about 5 to 7.

Didn't sit with any ladies, just drank a beer at the bar and watched other patrons.

Too bad T-Time is such a run down low-class looking joint, and the air con has a huge sweaty dead space in front of the main entry that spreads right across the bar and the booths nearby. It really needs a full makeover. But then again, so do many other places. This is indicative of the state of the industry, I think.

Its too bad Moonflower (former New Office) has lost much of its business. Hope it can revive.

This is the bar that is next to the graveyard facing Kam Highway.

There is a girl from Korea who has lived in California for a while, so her English is excellent. She appears to be in her mid 20's.

If she is the only young one working that night, you might want to try elsewhere. She is very popular and she is hardly available.

I too miss the good ole days of moonflower. I don't know how Chanel mama keeps that place open though. Evey time she gets good girls they seem to leave and go to Casino or other places as they keep saying its to slow there. She need to get some hot ones and make a grand re-re-re-re opening. Bar scene also seems to be getting boring as all the girls do is go from bar to bar, rarely any new girls compared to the 90's.

Oh yeah forgot about Yokohama and New Secret. I miss the days of MP like KB's. Did cost a little more but the fun did last a little longer than an hour. You could stay and just have some drinks then go to the room for some fun. Did run up the cc bill but 3$+ once a month was fine for completion as now its hit and miss in the room. Those places was the sure thing if you went to the room. The VBs do provide almost the same but I like the Korean girls. Rest of the bars now, all they want and expect is money for nothing and the drinks for free. Haha!!! I mean $20, for nothing.

I am new to the KB scene, so I am amazed at the amount of money and especially time that you bruddahs invest in this hobby. It's cool and completely different from amping, but it must be difficult to keep up with all the girls you meet, no? What I mean is that it seems like people frequent at least a handful of KBs at any given time, right? And know at least a few girls from each place - which for me(12-20 girls information, trivia, etc.) is very difficult to remember. If I am way off, let me know.
If I am kinda right, let me know - how do you do it (time, money, remembering all the girls' info shit)?

Dont know about here, but in CA, INS is coming down hard on all of the hostess bars and room salons. Maybe same thing happening here.

Unfortunately, the talent may have gone for a short period. You notice that there are a lot of bars that are being re-modeled -- Napa, Star Palace etc. With the bars being closed down for awhile there are fewer places to go and therefore the patrons have fewer choices. The bars fill up fast and it may seem like there are no talent available but the girls are just more busy. However, some of the girls may have taken a vacation during the re-modeling of their primary location.

All the girls are aware of the INS presents/crack down. The girls are keeping a low pro until the heat cools down.
After the remodeling is complete at Star Palace it will be named “Tomorrow”, yep Tammy is taking over Star Palace. They should have their grand opening mid-November. Hopefully she will bring in new talent.

Some of the Tommorrow girls are at 7 Kings while Tammy remodels. Hope they do get new talent there as it was starting to get bad prior to closing last month.

I could be wrong.[/QUOTE]I think you're right. Its probably a "slow" time for the establishiments since there are closing, openings, re-openings, remodeling going on. I know of a few gals that have gone on vacation back home to Korea or to visit their parents on the mainlard, etc.

Probably will pick up around the holiday season.

Latest recon of Keeaumoku KBs

Napa Valley - Has reopened and there are some lookers. However, they don't speak much English. The renovation is really nice as booths and the bar has been redone. The bathrooms have been completely overhauled and you don't have to worry about something crawling out of the drain anymore.

Star Palace/Tomorrow - Still under renovation. The place was totally gutted and it should be interesting to see when it is done.

Maya's - Really busy and there is some new talent! Too busy so I couldn't find a table or seat at the bar.

Niagara - Business is picking up and there are some new Japanese girls there. Even Nikki has been spotted working again. Caroline, younger sister of Anna, is also back and looking good! There's also some new Vietnamese girls there and some retread Koreans that have come back from retirement/divorce/dumped by bf.

Asia - Full of eye candy and play is rampant! My god those women are beautiful! And the clothes (small pieces of cloth) they wear is so inviting and great for play. This place probably has the best built women of any hostess bar in the area, or even the state.

D'Amour - Another place with new girls! Some came over from Tee Time before it changed over, but I saw new ones this week. The bartendresses are cute! The place was pretty smelly for a while as the bathrooms backed up and overflowed, but thankfully, the smell has dissipated.

New Casino - Still the same, but it has been slow over there. Some retreads from Niagara have moved over.

Tee Time - Nice big screen tvs, but nothing there to float your boat.

I noticed a few days ago that Club Tomorrow II is now open in the former Star Palace location. I didn't bother to go inside, so I don't know what the new decor is like or what the ladies look like. Has anyone gone in there yet? How much are drinks? Do they have a back room?

The karaoke section is gone as is the wall that seperated the two areas. The whole place is filled with bright red booths. The karaoke room near the parking lot entrance is still there. Same old girls have returned to work, but there were a couple hotties present. One local looking girls with tattoos, and a mid 20s Korean girl with nice alabaster skin and long flowing black hair.

Does anyone know of a bar near that expensive restaurant on the corner of McCully and King? It seems like a Japanese bar, has anyone partaken?

Is it Aoyama or Snack Aoyama by the Bunmeido/Castella shop? It is owned by an old time J Bar owner. She used to own Club Tomo, then sold it to Lan, who in turned made it into Heavenly, then Romantei.

I know there's Pub/Club Aoyama on South King. There's another one by Mavro's called Serina, I think. I know a few years ago, Aoyama had women at around 40+ in age, mostly. Wasn't comparable to the J Bars in quality. A taxi driver told me he drove some young girls to Serina, but I haven't been there to confirm. I was there about five years ago, and it was only a watering hole. Maybe it's changed. Anybody have any word on Serina?

You're talking about Serina's right? Yes, it is a "Japanese" bar but there are alot of locals ojisans (uncles) who go there. Same policy as all hostess bars. a few honeys in my opinion. It's a small place. Not bad but not great.

Yeah, Serina is kinda old. A few of the younger ones fled to other bars. In fact, the mama at La Vien, Maki, was a hostess at Serina for a while.

I've been there also, but nothing to really look at. Lots of older women, i mean older. No play and the few younger girls that are there arent really much to look at either. This place cannot compare with the eye candy of kapiolani. Figure your gonna spend the same amount, but you'll get much better value in kapiolani and probably play.

Haven't been out for a while so I decided to take a stroll in the Kapiolani area.
It was very rainy, and slow for a Monday night. No football crowd.

Got a few girls who are not bad looking but one in particular (tall around 45) pushes kinda fast so watch it. You're not going to get much food if you're not a regular there.

Stopped by Tomorrow last night to see what the new place looks like. It was packed, there was not even one seat available. It's nice to see some place other than Maya's busy. I think the set-up is a lot better than before.

I know what can go on in a private room at a VB, but what goes on in a private room at a KB. Do you always have to but champagne? Never been in a room at a KB.

Btw, Miki Mama used to annoy the me when I would be sitting with Yuki and Miki would come grab her for another customer--this on a Sunday night when there were about three customers at midnight. From reading about Miki's antics at Niagra, I guess she hasn't changed much.

Has anyone seen Nancy Mama from Evergreen/Niagra?

The only haoles I know of at KBs are at Niagara once in awhile. Sometimes Sky is working at New Casino. No play that I know of.

BD, if you are looking for Yuki, the goregous chinese girl with the hot bod, she is no longer in the biz in Hawaii. She and Coco got busted by LE and will no longer work in the biz for fear of going to jail. I heard that she is in ny or sf or someplace. uncomfirmed though. Coco moves around too, but doesn't work in the kb's.

JZ, Maya's, next to Niagaras has some haole girls too, many of the girls moved from niagara to mayas. as for play, hard, maya's is so small and no real booth for playing, other than the room. not sure about play with the haole girls.
