They are required to have all of the girls' massage licenses displayed at the front desk. They don't. They are supposed to close at 9 pm, they don't. I think they realize theres no way to recover, so they are just going until they are shut down. They will just pack up and move to other cities. First, it's literally sitting at a very busy traffic light between Tieton and 16th, which means it's impossible to enter the parlor without about 20 drivers seeing you as they're waiting for the light to turn green. Not awesome!
