If Admin got a subpoena for every post for FartCity, then FartCity would have had to tell LEO he was FartCity and that he is on this board. Because of the anonymity of the board, LEO cannot just ask for a subpoena for Tinyones, well I guess they could, but unless they knew my real identity (Brad Pitt, LOL) it would do them no good. LEO however can use this board to monitor certain places and areas where reports are made, try to get a few folks ina sting, but as far as the board itself or Admins giving LEO information, there is nothing to tie your real identity with your nickname. That's the beauty of the board. Post whatever you want with out fear of reprisal. And as always if LEO should ever cross your path, door, car. The #1 ru!
