This type of vandalism instead of making some people angry it makes some smile and laugh. I'm not sure of the exact location it's on or if it's still there. But I saw that art work a few years ago somewhere around downtown by the Marquette interchange. Whoever did that knows what ramp that big madafaka uses frequently and want to wish her a good day.
