Most successful business know their customers and apply new information to help them grow. I know of three AMPs that actually do listen to their customers feedback and that is why they are so busy. Sometimes businesses dont apply new knowledge to adapt to the changing customers as did Blockbusters, Toys R Us, Pan Am, Compaq, Borders, etc.
