I second your thoughts. Yes $ matter, but I feel that without respect for them, it only takes one so far. These girls are human and want and deserve respect. In my experience, if you take care of them and show respect to them (arrive on time for an appointment, talk to them and ask about their day, etc.) it goes along way.
