Haven't reported lately been out of town and just FYI there is nothing in the ft. Walton area, but on to the report, got back to town last night decided to go for a stroll hit lane ave. Is when you and would-be provider show each other your sexual organs to supposedly prove both of you aren't LEO. Here is the problem, it does not prove anything! They didn't get you for soliciting a hooker but they got you for something else (exposure of sexual organs) which is a misdemeanor crime and you still get to be placed in shame shame shame plus go downtown. You never do the so-called LEO check while a girl is standing outside your vehicle. Get her to get inside the car and drive off and talk for a minute.
LEO auntie will 99.99% of the time won't get into a Johns' car. They will stand outside your car and try to get you to commit the crime and then reinforcements will come in to get ya. Now uncle LEO will allow a SWer into his car but that's because the SWer cannot overtake him like you can overtake female auntie. The same as when you meet a would-be escort on BP or other related sites. If you go to her room, she will never get undressed if she's aunt LEO; however, the male LEO's will get into bed with female escort butt-naked, take a shower will her, allow roaming of one another, etc. More than you asked for but hope the additional info is useful.

Many moons ago I learned the hard way, made a joke in reference to amount I think I said $2 dollars and drove off. Immediately I see blue lights and then I am in an unmarked vehicle listening to my joke. Of course I scared and did not want to bring light to the situation. Paid a fine in court, today I would have lawyered up.
What's crazy is they could have probably got me for DUI, I was leaving Centerfolds, UC was right by road as you exit parking lot. Like I said I was young then and green I only into strip clubs.

Any advice for those of us on foot?
