She gets in as we pull around the corner we talk business I make it to the end of the block and an undercover car pulls in front of me and one pulls up behind me blocking me in. Long story short I ended up in the police command RV that night that is in a parking lot couple if blocks over from the track being booked with about 20 other mongers. Spent 4 nights in central booking before I got out. Expensive lesson learned on my part but learned none the less.

Law Enforcement can allow you to do anything that you would normally do. What they cannot do is entice you to do something that is not part of your normal behavior. They cannot entice a good person to do something bad. They cannot pickup a good girl and entice her with money, to do something she would not have normally done that's entrapment. LE can lie and trick persons committing an illegal act into revealing their intentions.

Would an undercover female officer let you play stinky finger with her pussy I doubt it. She could and it would not be entrapment if she could show that your intentions were to pick-up a prostitute. The mere fact that you picked her up in an area known for prostitution and propositioned her (after playing with her pussy)would be enough.
