1. Avoid incriminating themselves via phone / text in the event of an arrest.
2. Bait and switch you into showing up and paying the base rate only for them to nickle and dime (upcharge) the shit out of you.
I personally would make sure we can agree on the cost and acts before I even put my socks on. I will say this though even the ones that say "no explicit talk / text" will still answer a few questions so long as you aren't just being a complete ass. Bottom line for me is if I can't determine before hand if we will be using a condom, for which acts, and exactly how much it will set me back I will not see them. Sure I miss out on some good ones but better safe than sorry IMO.

As a noob, this is very useful to me. However, I am still concerned about getting trapped in an LE sting. How are you supposed to protect from incriminating yourself by mentioning stuff such as rates, menu, etc. ? Since they can be produced as verifiable evidence of intent at the very least in the court? That is my biggest fear about texting.
Has anyone had experience with this? Any info is greatly appreciated!!
