It might be by order of modified date. Modified date is after. It somewhat supports the forum doing some sort of re-arranging.
Microsoft one drive does it by the time of the pic, I think. EXIF data.
See if the EXIF or modified date is consistant on your end.
It could very well be the order in which the pics were taken (EXIF data).
Or the order uploaded (probably not).
It's definitely not name.
