If I were you, I would get straight to the point with whichever entertainer you talk to about extras. Saves you time and money plus if you want a lap dance you can squeeze it in quickly before whatever extras you agreed to when you hit the back or VIP. But if you most know a lot of these clubs will run lap dance specials like 3 dances for $60. Extras from my experience vary. Depends on a lot factors. Entertainer, club, time of year / day, how you negotiate, events, etc. Also, keep in mind the additional cost if you do a VIP room and don't forget entrance fees. Most of the spots mentioned if you play your cards right you can leave happy anywhere from 130 to MAX 250 anything more you're overpaying IMO. As always, YMMV.

Extras should be no more than $200 at most, I usually pay $150.
