I'll do it within reason for the first visit ($20 or less). After that Uber costs get added to my decision criteria if she's worth seeing again and / or how often.

I would have her show me the fare / tip total once she arrived, then I would double it to cover the ride home too, and I would add it to the sugar we had agreed on.
