Once someone knows the address you open yourself up for a lot of potential trouble. Blackmail, I'd theft, harassment, extortion, and probably many other issues. Maybe not a big deal for younger, unestablished hobbyists, but for those with a responsible job, community status, or the need to keep the public life separate from the private life it makes a difference.

Moving to the Northern Chicago Area
Greetings-I moved from the Los Angeles Area to the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. Currently outside Rockford until my home is completed.
While in LA, I was a member of a social network called Humaniplex-where both the provider and providee were verified. There were also ratings for both-so both knew what to expect. It was safe, and just a great time since both knew what was on the agenda.
