I doubt it was the provider doing the texting because she spoke only a hand full of words in English. After telling about what time I would arrive, the person said to text when 5 minutes away. I always assume this is so the handler has time to disappear. When I arrived I sent a text saying I was there. Less than a minute later they gave me the room number and said to go to the room.
