Spoke to this one and I offered $300 the counter offer I received was 600 with mandatory coverage. It was within initial talks and felt too pro for me. So I passed. $600 is not outside the realm of what I'm willing to pay, but not for that body even if the skills matched up. She was on the heavier end of my continuum, and I had other alternatives I was speaking to. As always YMMV and Happy hunting.
