It's in a big house by itself so less fear of noise complaints. Parking in the back is somewhat hidden. Went inside and both times there was two girls but 1 was fairly up there in age and the other definitely in auntie territory. My travels took me through the parkland area up to start of tacoma area.

I was also taking note of anything immediately close by that could have been a massage place with maybe a mistyped address. Didn't see much. I texted the number from my text app to confirm the address, and haven't heard anything back. The 720 phone number is a Denver area code.
On my way down, noticed a "new to me" place at 123 XX Pac Ave, which used to be a shop called Plaza Parkland, I believe. Popped in, . 5 hh. Very plain looking girl, not terrible.
