The Roanoke Valley has over a quarter million population and there are a number of girls that will play the game but will not stoop to the level of advertising where you are looking. Get off your butt, dress casual and visit a few establishments bar areas in the evening when the girls come to relax. You may be surprised that most of them don't have monkeys, handlers, pimps, boyfriends, etc and are only looking for a few drinks and a good time. It takes some patience, some game and sometimes generous tipping, but it's better odds than SA.

With that in mind and the comment concerning TB back to normal, I have seen her regularly for the past few months and not experienced any abnormalities concerning service, availability, etc. She always brings her A game which is pretty Damn incredible as many of us know.
