I have been on the site for 6 years. Been with over 200 women. Never have I once seen a valid woman from Mukwonago or Appleton. God forbid their profile says Wisconsin wisconsin. Definite scammer indication.

For me I've had the best luck in Madison, Whitewater and Oshkosh.

There's no reason to beat around the Bush. I'm clear and respectful about what I want. If she wants to meet in public first to make sure she's comfortable, that's fine.
