Damn, that sucks ass. Fortunately she called you at least. Last week I drove an hour to see Kokoroko and had to wait 2+ hours as the new/temporary handler had double booked her. Told me "only same day bookings". Was a bit unfortunate so I've only been doing same day bookings since.
