In terms of recruitment, girls do some of it and can get referral bonuses. They recruit friends, if they are strippers other strippers. Some agencies have guys that are just good at talking to and recruiting girls.

Other girls book through multiple channels and identities and they know how to contact bookers to retaim their services.

Also if the booker is professional and straight up with the girls then the girls stay and you get girls like Kylie, leahbelle etc who stick sround dor along time.

Lastly the money is good and racks up fast, which is the poweful lure and why there is always a steady stream of girls.

A classic stripper body with a pretty face will cost you a lot. Few of the pictures on the classifieds look like a stripper. But strippers have many types. Perfect body with a butt face. A little overweight high school sweetheart. Flat chested. Some of the more delicate 19 years olds will cause a riot in the clubs. There aren't too many of them. I don't know about other states.

He didn't like negative reviews of his stable.

So, he can do things others can't like change names without having a tag appear.

He doesn't have sex with them, but a conversation where he upsells them on how much they will make as an escort, as opposed to a sugar baby. They can earn a month's allowance in a couple days of work.
