If you are only staying in Chinatown for 2 or 3 hours you can get a restaurant to validate the parking and then it's free. Yes, there are AMP's in Chinatown. I recently visited Willow. It is moving to Addison, going by the name of Blossom. The number won't change.

I am sad that Willow has gone away.
