You don't ever ask what is on the menu
Think again. If you find yourself in a room with LEO, your already busted. And they will already have enough to produce a conviction. Their 'evidence gathering' begins the moment you make contact. One if the ad clearly implies sex. Two (my significant other used to be an escort so I know this first hand) 99% of you guys want to know what's on the menu before you'll even book an appointment. Which I get because none of us like to waste our time. But you email or call, ask what's on the menu, book an appointment, and then you think you are getting off the hook because the envelope says gift? Funniest thing I ever heard.
You wait for a review from a trusted source or you decide that you can afford to lose the amount requested in the advertisement.
You never do anything from the scheduling number other than scheduling. If the girl says,"I only do full service" or some other nonsense, you move on.
Seriously guys, it really isn't hard to stay legal. I've never discussed a menu with someone new; I've never paid for anything other than time. Yes, the girl probably gets paid by others to do specific things but she doesn't with me.
The law here isn't difficult. The prosecutor has to PROVE that you offered something of value in return for sexual contact. Giving something of value and then getting laid is NOT a crime (otherwise, payday while married, anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, regular dating would be crimes)
