The key points are easy. Well known QUALITY providers will have no issues meeting client needs due to excellent business practices and delivery of services sought, However those ladies with less than impeccable business acumen will find it even more difficult to secure a steady business flow due to the argued issues on the board. In one way this is what was needed to clean up and take out the trash in the hobby. Ladies using, cashing and dashing, over booking, over sleeping failing to respond in a professional manner will probably fall prey to the ladies who are very adept at taking care of their men as they would like to be taken care of and in a manner that is enthusiastic and hoped for. Sara and Natalie are two such ladies as is MMGEG all with fine reputations. It then becomes a matter of live, learn and deliver in a professional manner or fall by the wayside and take what you can get. Have a good week all and be grateful we have the quality of people we have who run this site and who give us a quality place.

Like Indyguy stated before me, there's a wide range of providers out there from pro to semi-pro to looking-for-the-next-fix.
Natalie is right that the established and dependable providers will weather this storm, but I think we all know that the less than dependable train wrecks will more than likely make it through as well because most mongers can't keep it is their trousers long. There are the educated consumers like the majority of us on forums like this that know to cultivate and support the roses that are our favorite providers, and shun the users and robs out there. But for every one of us, there are likely two that will continue to support the less than desirable providers with their patronage or stupidity by allowing themselves to be robbed. If only this BP outage would actually thin the herd a bit and rid us of the drama makers. We can all dream.

Now for the part some won't like.
Every host or hostess sets their own standards, criteria, parameters what have you. Some people will say a ho is a ho is a ho. Others will say there is a hierarchy amongst providers in the hobby. However you look at it there's a relatively clear distinction that I look at. Obviously some are in this business due to human trafficking (pimps) or drug use or some other reason that's kind of sad. They oftentimes are reckless with their own safety. Then you have your reputable providers that have established themselves as safe and as quality. They screen for their safety. They do not use illegal substances. They have a history of all positive reviews and the like. They are also known for playing safe. These ladies are the ones that I would consider.
Now the part many will really not like. And I only speak for a meet and greet that I am involved with.
For the guys included in the invites they too must have established them selves as safe and reputable and playing safe. Frankly guys who see streetwalkers or providers known to use (especially heroin, crack or meth), that come across on the board as degrading towards women or cheap, that don't play safe bragging of BBFS, that make fun of a providers appearance will never find themselves at one I have any control over. Seeing street walkers, known drug users or providers with other risky behavior such as known for offering or allowing BBFS could put all of our safety at risk. If those providers don't screen for their safety I'm not comfortable with their ability to be discreet and smart and not putting us at risk. You may be a great guy. Don't know, but unfortunately you have a history of seeing streetwalkers and for seeing Clarissa for example. Ironically, Clarissa was at the heart of a lot of heated discussing in June over the last meet and greet as she was an unknown, was reported as allowing BBFS, and started out as a streetwalker. Eventually I believe it came out that a bf or someone else came into play in a bad way but I can be mistaken. Anyhow guys that choose anonymity rather than allowing reputable providers do the necessary amt of screening to ensure their safety, or reckless behavior in their hobbling are a pass in my book.
Another thing I look at is your reputation in the hobby as far as have you possibly made an effort to get to know other mongers? There are quite a few of us that are almost in a circle of friends.
Now for the guys that weren't at the last one but at the first one, you may not have been invited this time as no fault of your own, but rather trying to get a variety of both male and female participants. Not all of the same guys nor all of the same providers were invited because variety is the spice of life. I also looked at the participants from the last one to see if the men took advantage of meeting the ladies as a meet and greet is a marketing tool for the ladies. It's nice to put a name to a face, but for the ladies it also will hopefully lead to future clients.
Also some of the ladies will include established clients that they know are safe and they are vouched for. Bottom line no one that isn't vouched for by a reputable Hobbyist or provider will make it in the door.
So by all means I am not trying to discourage anyone from seeing streetwalkers, drug users, or other ladies that may be a risk to herself, the hobbyist or others they meet. Those participating in a meet and greet depend on the discretion of the other participants and need to feel safe that no problems would arise from their participation. So those known to participate in risky hobbying are a pass for me.
I also tend to not invite someone that canceled last minute male or female without a plausible explanation that is wayed on a case by case basis. Frankly "I'm sick" is kind of a bullshit answer to me and if you don't make it after I put weeks and weeks of planning into something and you said that you were going to come up to even the day before, that's fine, just you won't be taking somebody else's space next time.

I wasn't on the guest list, and I understand and approve of that. Here's why:
Getting on the guest list is an honor, it's an Academy Award nomination. You're being recognized as someone outstanding, not only by the finest providers in the area, but by some of the best of the area mongers. In order to get the attention of the Academy, you need to participate in a serious way.
Participation is not only in what you do and who you do it with, it's about what you don't do as well. As Sara outlined above, the standards are high, as they should be.
Over the past 6 months I haven't been active, not in the hobby and not on the board. I haven't done my part to earn the recognition. I don't feel hurt or slighted. I'm happy that the invitation process is as well thought out as it is.
If you didn't get on the guest list, here's the secret of how to make it next time.
1. Be yourself. Every board has a few superstuds. Their reviews are self-promoting porn. They brag about everything and get offended if anyone questions their stories. Along with "be yourself", be someone worth meeting.
2. Play safe. If you keep falling for the cash and dash queens, you're not paying attention to the forum. You're a danger to yourself and others. If you're out there seeking BBFS, you're not just unsafe, you're an idiot. If you want BBFS find a woman, date her, marry her, keep her satisfied and never cheat on her. Otherwise you're just saying "I want a disease and I don't care which one I get. ".
3. (The Big One) Respect. Respect your fellow mongers, respect the providers. They are all people trying to get through life. If you're here, you're in no position to judge the others here.
4. Contribute. If 6 of your 8 posts are requests for help, you're not a contributor, you're a leech. I'm amazed at the number of posts that begin with "I'm a long time monger. Can someone tell me. " If you're such an expert, where are the reviews? Why are you asking questions that have been answered 50 times before? If you need someone to hold your hand on the board, how will you ever handle a meet & greet? Post reviews, post opinions, join the various conversations, make your name one that people recognize.
That's really all you need to do. Be nice, be active, be smart and be safe. Eventually you'll find yourself on the guest list. Unless you complain about not being on the guest list. Nobody likes a whiner.

Frankly guys who see streetwalkers or providers known to use (especially heroin, crack or meth), that come across on the board as degrading towards women or cheap, that don't play safe bragging of BBFS, that make fun of a providers appearance will never find themselves at one I have any control over. Seeing street walkers, known drug users or providers with other risky behavior such as known for offering or allowing BBFS could put all of our safety at risk. If those providers don't screen for their safety I'm not comfortable with their ability to be discreet and smart and not putting us at risk. You may be a great guy. Don't know, but unfortunately you have a history of seeing streetwalkers and for seeing Clarissa for example. Ironically, Clarissa was at the heart of a lot of heated discussing in June over the last meet and greet as she was an unknown, was reported as allowing BBFS, and started out as a streetwalker. Eventually I believe it came out that a bf or someone else came into play in a bad way but I can be mistaken. Anyhow guys that choose anonymity rather than allowing reputable providers do the necessary amt of screening to ensure their safety, or reckless behavior in their hobbling are a pass in my book.
Another thing I look at is your reputation in the hobby as far as have you possibly made an effort to get to know other mongers? There are quite a few of us that are almost in a circle of friends.
Now for the guys that weren't at the last one but at the first one, you may not have been invited this time as no fault of your own, but rather trying to get a variety of both male and female participants. Not all of the same guys nor all of the same providers were invited because variety is the spice of life. I also looked at the participants from the last one to see if the men took advantage of meeting the ladies as a meet and greet is a marketing tool for the ladies. It's nice to put a name to a face, but for the ladies it also will hopefully lead to future clients.
Also some of the ladies will include established clients that they know are safe and they are vouched for. Bottom line no one that isn't vouched for by a reputable Hobbyist or provider will make it in the door.
So by all means I am not trying to discourage anyone from seeing streetwalkers, drug users, or other ladies that may be a risk to herself, the hobbyist or others they meet. Those participating in a meet and greet depend on the discretion of the other participants and need to feel safe that no problems would arise from their participation. So those known to participate in risky hobbying are a pass for me.
I also tend to not invite someone that canceled last minute male or female without a plausible explanation that is wayed on a case by case basis. Frankly "I'm sick" is kind of a bullshit answer to me and if you don't make it after I put weeks and weeks of planning into something and you said that you were going to come up to even the day before, that's fine, just you won't be taking somebody else's space next time.

Damn Ilapp. I met some great people on NR. I will say USA bets anything I've seen in my long years in the hobby. I have spent time with GB and didn't think it was the golden vagina either!
NR started out very good, with everything you needed in one spot, I'm was unhappy when it turned to shit (with a take over) it was worthless. There has been some changes and improvements over time at USA to make it what it is today.
I'll take a tongue lashing with a smile from a respected Senior and like it, but options are like assholes. Everyone has one and some of them stink! And that was mine, I do try to keep myself from having a stinking ass.

I met Sara two years ago at another board Meet-and-Greet. I respect her because she not only looks out for her own safety, the safety of others in the hobby. She's a great gal!
I was Invited to the last one and I was not able to make it.
I did make the Invite list this last time. For me to feel safe going I prefer that it not be advertised all over the board. Sara and the other organizers handled the preparations, Invite list in a safe, discrete manner.

Getting on the guest list is an honor, it's an Academy Award nomination. You're being recognized as someone outstanding, not only by the finest providers in the area, but by some of the best of the area mongers. In order to get the attention of the Academy, you need to participate in a serious way.
Participation is not only in what you do and who you do it with, it's about what you don't do as well. As Sara outlined above, the standards are high, as they should be.
Over the past 6 months I haven't been active, not in the hobby and not on the board. I haven't done my part to earn the recognition. I don't feel hurt or slighted. I'm happy that the invitation process is as well thought out as it is.
If you didn't get on the guest list, here's the secret of how to make it next time.
1. Be yourself. Every board has a few superstuds. Their reviews are self-promoting porn. They brag about everything and get offended if anyone questions their stories. Along with "be yourself", be someone worth meeting.
2. Play safe. If you keep falling for the cash and dash queens, you're not paying attention to the forum. You're a danger to yourself and others. If you're out there seeking BBFS, you're not just unsafe, you're an idiot. If you want BBFS find a woman, date her, marry her, keep her satisfied and never cheat on her. Otherwise you're just saying "I want a disease and I don't care which one I get. ".
3. (The Big One) Respect. Respect your fellow mongers, respect the providers. They are all people trying to get through life. If you're here, you're in no position to judge the others here.
4. Contribute. If 6 of your 8 posts are requests for help, you're not a contributor, you're a leech. I'm amazed at the number of posts that begin with "I'm a long time monger. Can someone tell me. " If you're such an expert, where are the reviews? Why are you asking questions that have been answered 50 times before? If you need someone to hold your hand on the board, how will you ever handle a meet & greet? Post reviews, post opinions, join the various conversations, make your name one that people recognize.

If I remember correctly about 99% of the drama was centered around one person. As soon as that person was out of the equation all was well again.
I was at the June meeting and had a great time. I met one lady that I met up with later and had a grand time, one that works part time and I live out of the city so planning is difficult, one that is no longer a provider two that I thought would be fun just hadn't had the chance to set up a meeting two that I would respectfully decline and I think there were two ladies that didn't show. My point is that Sara is correct, variety is key. I was not invited to the latest one but I doubt it's bc I treated anyone poorly. More likely bc I'm not very active. So I'm glad the ones that went had a great time and there will always be another one.

When anyone is throwing a Meet and Greet, if they know and trust you (reasons need not have to be explained) then you are invited. I don't care if it's Sarag or the famous Lacy. Lacy had one at the Wild Beaver Saloon downtown 5 years ago and it wasn't posted on the board. Private invitations were sent out via e-mail or PM's and a greeter met hobbyists and providers at the door to insure those who tried to enter were real invitee's. This isn't Matchdotcom or ChristianCafedotcom where anyone registered can attend.
So in other words, "It Is What It Is". Thus a small nutshell.
