Thankfully I did not have it with me since the thugs would have taken it and who knows what crimes my gun could be used in. In retrospect, I should have made sure the door was locked before. But who knows, in the next scam there will be 2 armed guys in the closet or behind a shower drape that will come out. They also asked for the face pic I think as leverage, so that you would just take the $$ loss and not report an armed robbery, as those items would be embarrassing and implicate you for responding to the ad.
