With the recent discussions I decided to use a throw-away email addy and contacted the 'lass' on the other end, as well as a few other no-charge ads. These are all 'sign up for my website' scams.. plain and simple. More Clist chaff to weed through. bah.. :/

It was posted by Sidney Merlot, whom I have never seen and am not connected with. I'm not advertising for her. I just thought it very interesting that she would post such a candid guide to helping weed out the fakes. It is obviously in her interest to do so (with the closing of CL as she notes), plus it lets her advertise herself. Much of her advice and comments are almost identical to advice we give the noobs (and even the experienced members) here.

Just thought I'd point this out. And, it's not like we didn't know that [b][i]at least[/i][/b] half the ads on BP now are fakes! LOL.

The woman who advertises under the name of Maria with a phone number ending in 8085 is a total scammer. Not only is the picture a fake, so is she. I now know through personal experience that she is to be avoided at all costs.

Lookee here. I had to dig a little to find this report from July. Brings back my TOFTT, ouch! Sorry for the space taken here, but thought I should include entire prior post. Anyway, of multiple names used last visit, Callie was not one of them. The nerve of this b****. Coming back to town and going by the name Callie. Maybe the loser researched names of providers in the area that provide great service and picked a name based on that, who knows? I would've been plenty happy had she never returned to jack dudes around in our town, but apparently she is based in Cali or Vegas, and returns to visit her son that her mother cares for. If you recall ads from prior visits, hair a bit different these days, but number being used is one of numbers she was using then, 760-***-3427.
