I am however glad all my mistake cost me was the $1000. 00 fine, the $500. 00 attorney fee (guilty plea with a peroid of advisement and after six months it went away) plus the $300. 00 towing and impound fee. They won't let you pick your car up for 72 hours. I'm really glad there wasn't a weapons charge in there too. I hate it when I post on a forum and someone attacks me, I'm not doing that to anyone. Went out last night for about 2 hours around 1230am saw rose but missed out so I kept trying and there was nothing out there that I have been with only 1 other girl on iowa. Finally rose was out again on Iowa scopped her up and agreed for usuall, Damn her tits are nice and perky there about a small see but damn she has a nice body, crazy hair almost everytime if she would get that undercontrol it would be a nice date. Took direction really well and is a deff repeat for me. She looks mixed she is about 5'4 110 lbs black hair really really curly frow for those of you new comers, usaually walks Iowa.

Even if you are licensed to carry, if you get stopped in the commission of a crime and you're carrying legal or not, you can expect to get hit with an additional charge and you will also loose your right to carry in the future. You will need a lawyer to sort this one out.
Decided to make a trip up to heaven after studying the reports. I guess timing was wrong. Either they were taking time off for the holidays, didn't like being out with a little snow, or decided it was too cold. Either way, I checked out the areas and found nothing. There was one probably but came back around and no sign. The funny thing though was this one girl, going down the street pulling a suitcase. She never looked but was definitely strange. So after about 3 hours I decided I had had enough (not) fun and headed home. Will have to try again another time.
Even tried calling Amber and of course not working (at least the number I have)

And they count on the weakness of your explanation to overcome even perjury by the police witness. You would need a very good explanation for what you were doing there. Good point. You would be better off than illegally carrying but worse off than not carrying at all.
Was cruising the leith franklin area earlier in the week when I saw a cute little dark haired girl looking lonely on a corner. Scooped her up just off maryland & franklin. Name is Krissy, about 5'5" maybe 100, loooong dark curly hair in a pony, talks a lot about some book she is writing and views herself as very intelligent. On the good side she is a pleaser, likes to make people happy, and that resulted in great service. After some discussion and scoping, eventually went back to her garage (literally) for the date. All was safe and good and semi private. Provided great service BBBJCIM, no rush, no drama, very relaxed and anxious to please. Took instructions well and offered a full menu. The only bad thing I can say is she was skinny like a malnourished crackhead. The cuteness made up for it though. Will repeat.

That really sucks, overall, but I'm especially curious about the he-said / she-said part of it. Are you saying that the undercover can totally make up shit about what you said, even if you were extremely careful, and you still get jacked? Damn, methinks it'd be good to have a tape recorder on one's pocket that U-turn on before you make the stop. Oh well, I guess it was still clear what you were looking for, so maybe it wouldn't help. That's what I meant about the explanation. So if you weren't trying to pick up a prostitute, what where you doing there? If there's no good answer to that question, your protests that they are lying about what was said don't carry much weight. Any carry issue goes down for the same reason. Once you admit you even pulled over and spoke to the decoy, it's difficult to explain what you were doing in a way that's not incriminating.

Your lawyer can argue with the judge whether it can be assumed that you had a reasonable assumption to believe she was a SW. But I'm not sure it even matters given the above.

Any hesitation, nervousness, inconstancy, Umm's, and they know you're full of squat. Some will tell you to go home and others will want to practice their intimidation skills.
Stick to your story. If you're nailed, no ones asking for a story. If your not nailed, then why give them the rope to hang you with?

I would not give them any story, if they ask you questions they are trying to use you as a witness against yourself which is protected by the 5th. Just say respectfully I have nothing to say. Either they have evidence or they don't, there is nothing to talk about.
