In my experience, most of the women at the spas are older than they look and they are generally happy to have their jobs. Most drive, shop, have friends and don't live in the shop.
If I can get a provider to go beyond the basic minimum with me, which I like, when the shop rules are to only give the minimum, they will always ask me not to tell anyone, which basically means don't post a detailed report here, or the other place.
I will not post anything that will get them in trouble if the boss / owner finds out by being explicit, detailed, and using their name. And, many have work permits and pay taxes.
So I don't see any problem with the business, and if I knew of anything like being forced to work against their will I would not have anything to do with the place.
Most are friendly and respectful and I am also. It isn't a perfect system for sure, but you know what they say, when there's a need someone is going to meet it.

That said, I'm confident that the vast majority of my experiences have been with girls doing the business by choice and usually they had temporary visas. Some have talked with me about taking money home after a few weeks of work that is the equivalent to a an annual salary in their country.
