St. Charles Mayor Raymond Rogina, acting as Liquor Control Commissioner, enforced local massage ordinances after a hearing at the Feb. 6 meeting of the St. Charles Liquor Control Commission, which considers alcohol, tobacco and massage license issues, according to a new release.
Shangri-La Massages & Spa, 215 Dean St. , Suite 7 A, was charged through the commission with ordinance violations, according to a news release. The license was revoked and the business is required to pay a $500 fine. The employee was cited Jan. 11,2017, with misdemeanor prostitution.
"We are following precedent on this issue and will continue to enforce these ordinances," Rogina said. "We have zero tolerance for this in our community. ".

Yep! I posted a few times last summer about services I was receiving there, nobody believed me. Was great while it lasted. Yes FS was available to regulars.

Wow! I really thought they were legit! Especially due to the ping pong and the types of customers I saw come there. (I went to inquire one time and a few couples came in for massages). String toy told me I could come back and use the shower and sauna for free whenever but I thought that was just talk plus it's a nice little drive for me. Oh wel.

YoYo was hoping to have two spa's. A legit spa. And a spa for her known regular clients. I was just following her wishes to try to keep LEO away. But with a day care center 100 feet away it was only a matter of time before the flood of complaints from fat bitchy moms would force LEO to run a sting operation.
Yoyo must have a magical vagina because she was able to get Monger's to write fake reviews on Yelp and other places. I saw her her a couple of times when she worked in Geneva and she was a nice woman, but not nice enough to break guy code. Hopefully she will be back in Geneva soon and back to work. SaintChuck.
Stopped by the place that's been reviewed here before with the great beds and near the hardware store. They were busy and since I took a drive I figured I'd wait. Beds were comfortable like everyone else said. I didn't catch the girls name because I'm not sure what she said. The massage was very good and I left happy. Roaming wasn't a problem at all. In fact the top came up all on it's own. She had a nice young body and had tight sweat pant type pants on but not really yoga pants because they were slightly loose. She wasn't wearing anything underneath them but as I tried to explore more she wouldn't let me which was to bad because I noticed very easily as I was playing with her over her clothes. Overall, it was a good visit for a standard price and good attitude.
Good report. This place has been very consistent since 2016, pleasant attitudes and good service. Becoming a regular is advantageous.

Right around the new year I took a trip over to Switzerland. My MT was the youngest Brady bunch sister. She was a nice lady but she was a little older than I would have liked and she only weighed about 80 pounds. Anyway we were laying on the table and I got her butt naked. I was getting ready to do the deed and she tried to start negotiations. It was a huge turn off and at that point I wasn't in the mood to do any granny slaying. I just told her to forget it and I got a HJ. The rest of the session was ok and she was a very pleasant woman. I think that the negotiations might have been due to the fact that it was my first visit with her. If I was attracted to her I would have went back to see her, she just wasn't my type. The old Hong the Spa where Raspy voice worked (Tin Cup Pass Shopping Center) is now Spring Spa. I checked into it and it turns out that the woman who bought the place also owns thanks Spa in Mount Prospect. I have read several reports that the Mount Prospect location is a No Fun Zone. With all the BS in St. Charles I wouldn't go to this place and expect anything but blue balls. I don't think I will be taking TOFTT on this one. SaintChuck.
Last week I decided to take another flight over to Switzerland. I was greeted by a very cute young looking MT. When she came in the room I let her know that I wasn't there for some silly massage. She laid on the table with me and we started talking. During the conversation I realized that she had a few screws loose. A couple of times she did this thing where she would talk like a baby. I tried to have some fun with her, but after a few minutes I realized that it was going to be a very limited menu. She pulled her shirt and bra up during the first HJ but I could tell that she wasn't into it. All she wanted to do was talk my ear off, so I let her lay down and I listened to her ramble on for a long time.
