Yes she grew up in the area and her family house is near the track, but you will find that outside of big cities where people matriculate in and out regularly that most of the sws tend to be locals and often from the neighborhood. She seems to do a lot of walking so the bo is a usual thing with her and at least for me throwing the girl in the shower is not always an option.
